Using metrology-guided automation, our assembly process is universal and fixture-less, capable of assembling structures across defense, aerospace and automotive, all on the same system, within the same day.
Our assembly process uses industrial robotic arms guided by metrology instruments to precisely join each structure while every part is suspended mid-air. This flexibility enables unprecedented precision and faster delivery of the critical structures the world needs most.

Together, we’ll apply DAPS™ to the L3Harris Wolf Pack family of munitions, including Red Wolf™ and Green Wolf™, launched effects designed to deliver long-range precision strike and non-kinetic capabilities.
By combining L3Harris’ proven systems with our software-defined manufacturing platform, we will uncover new ways to accelerate production, increase flexibility and rapidly evolve hardware as mission requirements change.

Just a few weeks ago, @AEVEX_Aerospace unveiled Specter, a new jet-powered autonomous aircraft. Our advanced manufacturing platform, DAPS™, is being utilized in Specter’s development to support modern, resilient, and scalable production, enabling rapid iteration and manufacturability considerations from the earliest engineering stages.

"Designed for contested environments and extended mission profiles, Specter’s modular airframe architecture and software‑defined capability are intended to support a wide range of payload types and mission effects. The platform will incorporate a turbojet propulsion architecture, enabling both ground‑launched and air‑launched variants while maintaining flexibility for future mission expansion."
