Togetherness in action.
Someone stripped our venue roof of its copper. We arrived to find a lake inside. 24hrs before concert. New venue found. PA shifted. BWS Exhausted, but the rehearsal was fab. Tomorrow. Mayflower Academy. Free. Supporting the William Wates Memorial Trust.

Swim. Sing. Run… Repeat!
This summer, Blokes Who Sing are taking on a bonkers 10-hour endurance triathlon — swimming, singing & running on loop — to raise funds to boost men’s mental health & support our Plymouth RNLI heroes gofund.me/b21e3838

Any concerns, get checked by your GP. A simple PSA test can help diagnosis.
