I got Atkinson just outside the top 10 at number 14. Primarily because of voter’s tendency to discount players from non-power conferences
At least dating back to 2022, that was the first time we’ve seen an illegal forward handoff penalty called in the NFL per @SumerSports
I know it’s more nuanced than this with regards to being unable get a ranked win but, being able to hit the reset button on the past decade is a success in my mind

The rest of the #Huskers schedule feels like 2014. There’s 3 winnable games in late October/early November, then a gauntlet of heavyweights to close it out. 2014 Pelini went 0-3 vs ranked opponents. In the 2013 regular season he went 0-2. Sound familiar?
