Hello DjangoFest campers, We have good news for you! We have been in conversation with the Port of South Whidbey, owners of the Fairgrounds, and they are excited to welcome back the festival and campers.

They have a new manager and are making improvements in the campground, though all improvements may not be complete by this September. A DjangoFest Fairgrounds Committee has been formed, with camper Fritz Funk joining to ensure the “voice” of the campers is part of the planning.

The City of Langley is also on board, working to support special permitting for such issues as the noise ordinance and fire-pit issues. It’s all a work in progress, but definitely heading in a positive direction. Stay tuned; more details to come! The DjangoFest Northwest team
