You're Meek Mill, man. The move is simple: 1. Identify a few artists whose music you enjoy 2. Send them DMs, expressing how much you enjoy their music, and ask if they're down to collab 3. Collab (This advice works for all artists.)

After that they ask in which countries are you asserting your rights in. Select "worldwide" here and continue. On the final page Spotify will email you a verification code so you can continue. Paste that in and agree to all the terms then hit "Submit claim"

Spotify will send you an email stating they've received your claim and they will contact you soon. When they do email, respond quickly and explain the situation and send any proof you have. Even just the mp3 of the beat is good proof but if you have screen shots, send em. DONE!
