"All Their Girls Carried Away." In 1915, American missionary Tacy Atkinson hid her diary in Harput so the Turks would never find it. She watched Armenian families driven from their homes—men killed or imprisoned, girls carried away. She wrote it all down, used her position to save lives she could, and smuggled razor blades into prison for escapes. The diary reached her in America nine years later. Published in 2000 as The German, the Turk and the Devil Made a Triple Alliance. #ArmenianGenocide #TacyAtkinson #NeverForget1915 #ArmenianHistory @ANCA_DC @Armenia @MaryHogins @GenocideWatch @USHolocaustMusm @lio___m @AliTahmizian @Ghoogas1

Hear my voice when I call, Lord; be merciful to me and answer me. My heart says of you, “Seek his face!” Your face, Lord, I will seek. Do not hide your face from me, Psalm 27:7-9 #God #JesusIsLord #love @Ghoogas1 @BIBLEGIRL354 @JesusSavesUs777

Every word of God is flawless; he is a shield to those who take refuge in him. Do not add to his words, or he will rebuke you and prove you a liar. Proverbs 30:5,6 #GodMorningSunday #JesusSaves @biblementorjohn @Ghoogas1

Christ is the mediator of a new covenant, that those who are called may receive the promised eternal inheritance. Hebrews 9 @Ghoogas1 @biblementorjohn @biblegirls #GodMorningTuesday #JesusSaves

Jesus said to his disciples, “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me. For whoever wants to save their life[f] will lose it, but whoever loses their life for me will find it. What good will it be for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul? Or what can anyone give in exchange for their soul? For the Son of Man is going to come in his Father’s glory with his angels, and then he will reward each person according to what they have done. The kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field. When a man found it, he hid it again, and then in his joy went and sold all he had and bought that field. Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a merchant looking for fine pearls. When he found one of great value, he went away and sold everything he had and bought it. Matthew 13:44-46 #GodMorningSaturday #JesusChrist @CatholicSOTC @Ghoogas1

For in Christ all the fullness of the Deity lives in bodily form, and in Christ you have been brought to fullness. He is the head over every power and authority. Colossians 2: 9,10 #GodMorning‌Friday #jesus @Ghoogas1 @DauphinGregory @biblementorjohn

Great are the works of the Lord; they are pondered by all who delight in them. Glorious and majestic are his deeds, and his righteousness endures forever. He has caused his wonders to be remembered; the Lord is gracious and compassionate. He provides food for those who fear him; he remembers his covenant forever. Praise the Lord. Praise the Lord, my soul. I will praise the Lord all my life; I will sing praise to my God as long as I live. Do not put your trust in princes, in human beings, who cannot save. When their spirit departs, they return to the ground; on that very day their plans come to nothing. Blessed are those whose help is the God of Jacob, whose hope is in the Lord their God.
