Attention!
The Binance hacker is now dumping $PEPE, $UNI, $LINK, and other tokens on-chain for $ETH.
Please note:
The hacker still holds large amounts of the following altcoins, which could face heavy selling pressure:
217.497M $ENA ($39.51M)
7.579T $PEPE ($34.41M)
2.575M $LINK ($28.07M)
128.034K $AAVE ($15.9M)
74.56M $ARB ($11.54M)
1.938M $UNI ($12.62M)
21.852M $ONDO ($8.52M)
17.318M $WLD ($6.73M)
714.911M $FUN ($6.29M)
87.853M $ZAMA ($6.02M)
3.602M $ZRO ($5.69M)
3.382B $RSR ($5.02M)
Binance has been hacked for over $5.8B!
Of that, 1.58B $USDT and 823M $USDC (a total of $2.41B) have been frozen.

Update on the solana:JAFqCQSpy5YinrsmixWSMaD7jTn4MytJRkyWvYPnY6ea @LaunchOnPangea dev's wallets with revised numbers from yesterday's post.
This is not FUD, just facts. For the record, I have no problem with a team taking a slice and getting paid for their work. Say so and let the market price it. That is not what happened here. The solana:JAFqCQSpy5YinrsmixWSMaD7jTn4MytJRkyWvYPnY6ea DOCS disclosed no team allocation. The deployer key funded 200 wallets, bought 29.8% of the launch block on all five chains, rehearsed the exact same bundle five times the day before, and has been selling it through Robinhood and Solana in small clips ever since. Meanwhile @0xflatearth is posting about buybacks, burns and a return to fairness. The flywheel page shows 21M tokens bought back and burned. The team wallets have sold 273M. For every token the platform burned, the team sold 13. Read the posts, then read the wallets, and decide which one is telling you the truth.
Now the numbers since yesterday's post...
Correction first: the launch bundle was even worse than posted yesterday. It was 1.49B tokens across the 5 chains, not 1.2B. 1.2B was across the 4 EVM chains (40 wallets x 7.5M each, 1.2B). Solana was also in the launch slot. 3 swaps bought 288M PANGEA for about 4.9 SOL and split it into 40 wallets of 7.209M each. That takes the team's launch buy to 1,49B, 29.8% of supply, across 200 wallets. Not just the 160 tracked yesterday.
Solana launch buy, 3 swaps in one tx: solscan.io/tx/S6oGMzAKiDApqq…
Split into 7.209M wallets 2 minutes later, example: solscan.io/tx/61mQ7wNy218vCr…
EVM launch txs from yesterday: Base basescan.org/tx/0x393d3adacb… Robinhood robinhoodchain.blockscout.co… Ethereum etherscan.io/tx/0xce13256bfd… BSC block 128970880.
Where the 1,49B stands as of this post:
• Still held: 1.22B (82%)
• Sold: 273M (18%)
• All 273M went through the Robinhood and Solana pools. Zero sold into the Ethereum, Base or BSC pools.
On the 1.2B I reported yesterday, sold went from 204M to 227M. So 23M ihave been sold since the previous post. Selling slowed. What @0xflatearth did overnight instead was move tokens into brand-new wallets.
By chain:
• Ethereum: 300M held, 0 sold. 56M moved from 9 launch wallets into 3 fresh wallets. etherscan.io/tx/0x0f49064689…
• Robinhood: 281M held, 19M sold, unchanged. 44M moved into 2 fresh wallets. robinhoodchain.blockscout.co…
• Base: 7 more launch wallets bridged 52M to Robinhood overnight, 19M of it sold there already. basescan.org/tx/0xa7cf5d81ea… and the selling wallet robinhoodchain.blockscout.co…. The earlier 14 Solana bridges are now 85M sold, 20M left. 142M still on Base, 21M of it moved to fresh wallets. basescan.org/tx/0xfc7419c5bf…
• BSC: 195M held, 31M of it moved into fresh wallets. bscscan.com/tx/0xa70cb80d62c… then bscscan.com/tx/0xd2704a3b875…. The 52M bridged to Robinhood earlier is now fully sold.
• Solana (new): 245M held, 43M sold. 7 of the 40 wallets bridged to Robinhood last night and sold there. Arrival on Robinhood: layerzeroscan.com/tx/0xf2fa5…. 31 of the 40 Solana wallets have not moved.
Pattern so far: sell through Robinhood and Solana in small clips, bridge supply toward those two pools, and shuffle the rest into clean wallets with no history. Every number above is from Transfer logs and the linked txs. I have a tracker running on all 245 wallets.
Update on the @LaunchOnPangea dev's wallets, as of this post.
At launch the team acquired an undisclosed 1.2B tokens, 24% of supply, split them across 160 wallets (40 wallets per chain on Ethereum, Base, Robinhood and BSC).
Of that 1.2B: 996M is still held (83%), 204M sold (17%).
By chain:
• Ethereum: 300M held, 0 sold. All 40 wallets untouched.
• Robinhood: 281M held, 19M sold from the original 40 wallets.
• Base: 195M held in 26 wallets. The other 14 bridged 105M to Solana, where 83M has been sold and 22M remains.
• BSC: 195M held in 26 wallets. The other 14 bridged 105M out: 52M to Solana (all sold) and 52M to Robinhood (49M sold, 3M remains).
All selling to this point has gone through Solana and Robinhood in small clips of 50K to 1.4M tokens. So far it has largely been absorbed after @theunipcs bought and posted his thesis on @fomo. But the dev still hold 996M coins across the chains.

The State of Crypto (August 2 2026)
I've been trading crypto and active on crypto twitter since 2017. This morning I went through my following list and saw many accounts went dark without a good bye or any type of conclusion to their journey. The common denominator I saw was expectations of $BTC reclaiming 100K and moving to new all time highs, something I've been personally vocal against for a long time now. Here we are nearly a year later and things only look worse. Many have given up.
It's important to remember that crypto is just another vehicle to make money.. like stocks, commodities, forex, etc. Crypto has other use cases as well, but those don't make the price go up. People's desire to make money coupled with mass attention is what makes the price go up. And it's currently difficult for crypto to garner attention because AI stocks trade with the volatility of altcoins, so all of the attention is on them. And with stocks, there's no VPN required, no bridging required. There's no need to understand addresses or wallets or anything to prevent people from buying. With stocks, you open your phone and you're buying within minutes. So why would market participants jump through so many hoops just to trade inferior assets? And one of the greatest allures of stocks is that you can be wrong on your trade, but know that you're still holding a great company. When you're wrong with crypto, you're typically holding vapor that trends to zero.
With all those negatives said, the crypto community is still very strong, no doubt. A lot of us grew up here and witnessed people go from nothing to "making it" within this space. But I'd argue that current conditions are difficult and you truly need a high level of skill and a repeatable edge to be profitable. This is different than past years. Before 2017 you could throw shit at the wall in crypto and become a millionaire. Then you had the COVID bull run and all the cycles it brought. Altcoins, NFTs, memes.. you simply didn't need a high level of skill to be profitable during these times. But times have changed.
The reality is you're late to the party by now. Crypto controlled the mainstream for years until AI recently took over. Saylor came, the ETFs came, EVERYBODY already came and prices peaked. That's in the past now and what you're currently left with is a #Bitcoin that is basically less volatile than the S&P 500. Crypto majors are slowly bleeding and even the memes within crypto are eclipsed by the volatility of semi-conductor stocks on a daily basis. Even crypto exchanges saw the writing on the wall in 2026 as they all started implementing equities onto their platforms. Tether invests in gold rather than crypto. From financial products to investments, even crypto natives are shifting away from crypto.
So where is the silver lining? It's truly difficult to see one right now. Crypto has essentially become the new forex. It's a niche sector of tradable assets filled with market participants who didn't move on to the new exciting game in town (AI). Trump used crypto to enrich his family, friends, and businesses and sends a once monthly headline about America being #1 in crypto that comes across more like a paid tweet than intention for genuine progress. Saylor is down $10+ billion over a period where the S&P 500 has tripled along with every other asset in the world, from housing to fruit to toilet paper. He was just approved to sell 5 billion worth of Bitcoin here at $63,000 per coin after his endless buying spree at over $100,000 per coin. He's more pompous and arrogant than intelligent and has zero ability to execute well timed Bitcoin purchases. It's beyond laughable to think that Strategy is going to engage in "active capital management" moving forward. Saylor is now a sideliner hoping the market saves him while begging for the Clarity Act to be passed on Twitter. Tom Lee casts a dark shadow over $ETH, a fool no different than Saylor. $SOL is priced best to be bought back up if the masses return, but it just distributed for two years and recently broke down. $HYPE could have been the golden goose that escaped the crypto ecosystem but talks of KYC and regulation have stifled its bull run. No different than how Binance and BitMex gave users to Bybit and then Bybit gave its users to Blofin. Regulation slowly kills exchanges.
The true silver lining is knowing that the trading skills you've spent years developing in crypto can be applied to other markets as well. And if you were a flash in the pan, then I hope you retired off of your niche cycle because those were likely once in a lifetime opportunities.
With all this said, I genuinely do hope there is a catalyst that allows crypto to flourish once again, even if it never reaches its former peak. And while I can envision lower prices, I have to think that we're near max pain when it comes to volatility and trading opportunity. I have to imagine that price action gets better going into the end of the year and beyond. A deep move lower could partially remove Saylor from the market and we could have a run, a run that both spot buyers and traders alike could enjoy. I think a logical bounce / bull case for Bitcoin could put us back near $100,000, in which we would need to see prices at $50,000 or less to aim for a 2x. For altcoins like ETH and SOL, I presume they will simply follow Bitcoin. HYPE could still outperform if it's not regulated to death and I'm sure some memes can run in between. My last ten trades in a row have all been equity trades because that's where the volatility has been, but I truly hope that changes soon. I have nothing against crypto. In fact, I love crypto. It gave me a career and an audience and skills that I may not have developed otherwise. I'm nothing but thankful for crypto and I wish it was in a better state.
But the reality is that all good things do wind down. They don't fully die, but they're never what they once were. I can still play Counter Strike 1.6, which I absolutely lived for in my teenage years, but it's not the same. It's not a LAN party with the boys or scrimming for 14 hours straight on a Saturday. Pick your favorite pastime and you can still find others flourishing and enjoying life within the niche, but the golden years are behind us.
There's a lot of talk about crypto's return to glory lately, but everything grows older, and it may never look like it once did. And that's okay.

New Feature Alert 🚨
Arena Perps is now open to AI agents
We've built dedicated endpoints so agents can trade perps alongside humans — and every agent gets a unique label on the leaderboard so you always know who's human and who's a bot.
With copy and counter trading coming soon, Gladiators will be able to follow agents, fade them, or go head-to-head.
Human vs machine. Who tops the leaderboard? 👀

Writing a pretty long post here. Most of you won’t read it but the real ones will.
All eyes on the road ahead. As a reminder, we get the ball rolling in early November.
50% of all $ARENA is now in circulation. We will be easing up on emissions from this point forward. The worst is behind us.
We believe this was quite a feat to inherit a dead platform that already had a points system, and mold it into the largest airdrop in Avalanche history.
When we took over the app, users were down over $10M collectively from the actions of the original team. Not only did we make all users whole from that period, but if you received your entire airdrop by staying active, you should be profitable by now. This was very important to me and the team.
We managed to get almost all participants to hold at least a portion of their airdrop for 12 months as this platform evolved. During that time we took a broken app with just a global feed and the ability to buy and sell tickets into one of the largest social crypto apps by adding:
- Stages
- Live Streaming
- Memecoin tipping
- Token Launchpad with built-in social features
- a mini App Store
- a native dex
- custom profile badges
- a novel staking mechanism and leaderboard
- enhanced ticket trading
- native in-app swapping
- a new notification system
- countless UI/UX additions and QOL improvements
We’ve come a long way and been through more together than most will imagine. The highs and the lows. The peak euphoria and the lingering uncertainty.
Despite all that we’ve built, all of this is only possible because of you. The strongest community in web3. The Gladiators.
Many would say we shouldn’t even be here right now. The chances of reviving a dead platform that got hacked is near zero. Especially when the meta dies down. Most social crypto apps don’t last longer than 3-6 months, once the early farming period ends.
But here we are. Still building, still growing, still defying the odds.
We enter this next phase with a clear vision. Despite what’s going on around us, the family is stronger than ever. United around our mission.
Arena V2. The dawn of a new era awaits.

The Oct 11 Crypto Crash — What Really Happened
TL;DR:
Roughly $60–90M of $USDe was dumped on Binance, along with $wBETH and $BNSOL, exploiting a pricing flaw that valued collateral using Binance’s own order-book data instead of external oracles.
That localized depeg triggered $500M–$1B in forced liquidations, cascaded into $19B+ globally, and earned the attackers about $192M via $1.1B in BTC/ETH shorts opened on Hyperliquid hours earlier, but minutes before Trump tariff announcement.
It wasn’t a USDe failure!! It was Binance’s design flaw, timed with macro panic (Trump’s tariffs) for cover.
What looked like chaos was actually a coordinated exploitation of Binance’s internal pricing system, amplified by a macro shock and systemic leverage.
1️⃣ The Setup
Binance’s Unified Account let traders use assets like USDe, wBETH, and BNSOL as collateral.
Instead of oracle or redemption prices, Binance valued these using its own spot market - a major vulnerability.
On Oct 6, Binance announced a fix to move to oracle-based pricing, but rollout wasn’t until Oct 14, leaving an 8-day window.
2️⃣ The Exploit
During that window, sophisticated actors manipulated Binance’s order books, dumping ~$60–90M of USDe, driving it to $0.65 on Binance only (still ~$1 elsewhere).
Because the Unified Account marked collateral to internal prices, this instantly wiped margin value and triggered $500M–$1B in forced liquidations.
Then, Trump’s 100% China tariff headline hit, magnifying panic and liquidity stress.
3️⃣ The Profit Engine
The same day, fresh wallets on Hyperliquid opened $1.1B in BTC/ETH shorts, funded by $110M USDC from Arbitrum-linked sources.
As the Binance cascade unfolded, BTC and ETH cratered, those shorts netted $192M in profit before closing out at the bottom.
Timing, precision, and funding paths all suggest coordination.
4️⃣ The Contagion
Binance liquidations dumped BTC/ETH/ALTs into thin books.
Other exchanges mirrored the collapse through cross-market bots.
Market makers hedged across venues were forced to unwind everywhere.
Result: $19B+ global liquidations, with many alts down 50–70% intraday, all triggered by <$100M of manipulated collateral.
5️⃣ Who’s at fault?
Binance: design flaw + delay in oracle rollout = root cause.
Exploiters: executed and timed the manipulation, profited via external shorts.
Ethena (USDe): not at fault - protocol stayed 1:1 collateralized, redemptions normal, peg held everywhere else.
6️⃣ Aftermath
Binance admitted “platform-related issues,” promised compensation for affected margin/futures/loan users, and rolled out minimum price floors + oracle integration.
USDe remained operational, and the incident is now a case study in how exchange-side pricing errors can trigger system-wide liquidations.
Bottom line:
A ~$90M dump on Binance and a $1.1B leveraged short elsewhere sparked a $19B bloodbath.
Not a stablecoin failure, but a masterclass in exploiting flawed collateral valuation during peak macro stress.

We heard you loud and clear, F* the Snipers! It’s time to take Arena launches to the next level with our newest feature releasing this week.
Introducing the Pro Launch 🚀
Instead of having your launch sniped by anonymous wallets, we’re offering a custom Whitelist solution.
Users can select who can participate in their token launch for a specific period of time. Choose users by badges or upload a CSV with different wallets.
Next, choose how long the whitelist period will last. During this period, only the users you’ve identified will be able to purchase the token. As soon as the whitelist period ends, the trading is open to the public.
Also, you can now schedule a token launch in advance with a countdown to get the hype going!
Soon we will be offering dynamic badges for tokens as an additional phase. By whitelisting these dynamic badge holders to new launches, we are adding incentives for people holding tokens and growing their communities (access to new hot launches).
The Arena is where digital identity and social reputation meet financial speculation and monetization. The future is here ⚔️
