Patients with treatment-resistant hypertension & CKD💊 finerenone showed a ⬇in systolic BP compared to spironolactone (+/- K+ binder) 📉 but had a significantly ⬇ risk of hyperkalemia ⚖️ & fewer treatment discontinuations due to ⬆ potassium levels

Long-term outcomes of rituximab-treated adult patients with podocytopathies are largely unknown.
This study found that rituximab facilitated achievement of initial and long-term response in a majority of adult patients with difficult-to-treat podocytopathies.
