I don’t know if the biblical illiteracy in this world is growing faster or if it’s just becoming more obvious because of social media now. Either way, it’s sad to see. My heart breaks for them.
But I just need to keep reminding myself that it’s not my job to convince them.

I understand the concern behind the statement, “Christians must vote for the lesser of two evils.” It reflects a desire to take our responsibility as citizens seriously. I share that concern.
However, good intentions do not automatically make an argument biblical or logical.

"The lesser of two evils."
Lesser than what?
I know how they would answer that: lesser than the other side.
But is that our standard?
Does the other side determine what's evil?
Only God determines what's evil.
He is the standard.
Therefore, the only "lesser" that matters is compared to what He says.
If He's says it's evil, it's evil, and what anyone else does is irrelevant. One's evil is not mitigated by someone else's evil.
Amen!
Such an awesome breakdown of Scripture!
DID GOD ABANDON ISRAEL—OR DID THE CHURCH ABANDON GOD'S PROMISES? 🇮🇱
“May all who hate Zion be put to shame and turned backward!” — Psalm 129:5
The accusations are relentless.
“Modern Israel isn't the Israel of the Bible!”
“God rejected the Jews!”
“The Church replaced Israel!”
“The land promises expired!”
“The Jews are too unbelieving to be God's people!”
“Jerusalem belongs to history, not prophecy!”
From the streets come the slogans:
“FREE GAZA!”
“FROM THE RIVER TO THE SEA!”
From some pulpits comes a different message: Israel's national promises are finished. The Church has inherited them.
Different voices. Different arguments. One enormous question:
WHAT DOES GOD ACTUALLY SAY?
Let's put these accusations on trial before Scripture.
ACCUSATION #1: “MODERN ISRAEL IS NOT BIBLICAL ISRAEL!”
THE SCRIPTURE: EZEKIEL 36:24–27
God promised a remarkable sequence:
FIRST — REGATHERED: “I will take you from the nations ... and bring you into your own land.” (v. 24)
THEN — CLEANSED: “I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you shall be clean.” (v. 25)
THEN — SPIRITUALLY RENEWED: “I will give you a new heart, and a new spirit.” (v. 26)
Read that again.
REGATHERED FIRST. CLEANSED SECOND. SPIRITUALLY RENEWED THIRD.
Ezekiel 37:11 identifies the dry bones as “the whole house of Israel.”
God's prophetic promise does not require Israel to achieve national righteousness before He begins restoring her.
The modern state is not yet the fully restored Israel of biblical prophecy. But its present unbelief does not contradict the sequence God revealed.
ISRAEL'S UNBELIEF IS NOT PROOF THAT GOD HAS ABANDONED HER!
ACCUSATION #2: “GOD REJECTED THE JEWS!”
THE SCRIPTURE: ROMANS 11:1
Paul asks the very question:
“Has God rejected his people?”
His answer?
“BY NO MEANS!”
Not maybe.
Not until AD 70.
Not until the Church appeared.
BY NO MEANS!
Paul goes further:
“For the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable.” — Romans 11:29
And Jeremiah 31:35–37 declares that Israel will not cease to be a nation before God while the established order of creation endures.
THE SUN STILL SHINES. THE MOON STILL RISES. GOD'S PROMISES STILL STAND.
ACCUSATION #3: “THE CHURCH REPLACED ISRAEL!”
THE SCRIPTURE: ROMANS 11:17–21; JEREMIAH 31:31–37
Replacement Theology. Covenant Theology. Fulfillment Theology.
They are not identical systems, but some expressions share a conclusion: Israel has no distinct future national restoration because the promises find their fulfillment in Christ and the Church.
Yet God specifically names the house of Israel and the house of Judah when promising the New Covenant (Jeremiah 31:31).
And Paul warns Gentile believers:
“Do not be arrogant toward the branches.” — Romans 11:18
THE CHURCH WAS GRAFTED INTO GOD'S REDEMPTIVE STORY. ISRAEL WAS NOT ERASED FROM IT!
Here is the question:
IF GOD PROMISED ISRAEL A LAND, A NATION, A KING, AND A FUTURE RESTORATION, BY WHAT AUTHORITY DO WE REINTERPRET THOSE PROMISES AS HAVING NO FUTURE NATIONAL FULFILLMENT?
Our theological systems must answer to Scripture—not the other way around.
ACCUSATION #4: “THE COVENANTS EXPIRED!”
THE SCRIPTURE: GENESIS 17:7–8; PSALM 105:8–11
God called His covenant with Abraham everlasting.
He promised the land to Abraham's descendants.
He promised David an enduring royal dynasty (2 Samuel 7:12–16).
And through Amos, He foretold a restoration so complete that His people would never again be uprooted from their land (Amos 9:14–15).
WHEN DID GOD ANNOUNCE THAT HIS EVERLASTING COVENANT HAD EXPIRED?
Where is the passage?
Where is the revocation?
Where is the declaration that He has permanently rejected Israel?
Paul says the opposite.
“THE GIFTS AND THE CALLING OF GOD ARE IRREVOCABLE.” — ROMANS 11:29
ACCUSATION #5: “ISRAEL IS TOO UNBELIEVING TO BE RESTORED!”
THE SCRIPTURE: EZEKIEL 36:22; ZECHARIAH 12:10; ROMANS 11:25–26
God declares:
“It is not for your sake ... that I am about to act, but for the sake of my holy name.” — Ezekiel 36:22
NOT ISRAEL'S WORTHINESS. GOD'S FAITHFULNESS.
Zechariah foretells a day when Israel will look upon the One who was pierced and mourn.
Paul foretells a future beyond Israel's present partial hardening.
“And in this way all Israel will be saved.” — Romans 11:26
THE STORY DOES NOT END WITH ISRAEL'S UNBELIEF. IT ENDS WITH GOD'S FAITHFULNESS!
AND NOW, JERUSALEM.
The city at the center of centuries of conflict.
The city debated by politicians.
The city contested by nations.
The city whose prophetic future is dismissed by many theologians.
What does God say?
“ON THAT DAY I WILL MAKE JERUSALEM A HEAVY STONE FOR ALL THE PEOPLES. ALL WHO LIFT IT WILL SURELY HURT THEMSELVES.” — ZECHARIAH 12:3
A HEAVY STONE!
And the prophecy does not end there.
Zechariah 14:4 declares that the LORD will stand upon the Mount of Olives.
Zechariah 14:9 proclaims that the LORD will be King over all the earth.
Isaiah 2:2–4 describes nations streaming to Jerusalem to learn His ways.
THE CITY THE NATIONS STRUGGLE OVER WILL ONE DAY BE THE CITY FROM WHICH THE MESSIAH REIGNS!
Jerusalem is not an abandoned footnote in God's plan.
IT STANDS AT THE CENTER OF HIS PROPHETIC PROMISES.
THE VERDICT OF SCRIPTURE
The nations may debate Israel's future.
The protesters may fill the streets.
The theologians may reinterpret Israel's promises.
But none of those voices has the authority to revoke God's covenant.
GOD PROMISED ABRAHAM A LAND.
GOD PROMISED DAVID A THRONE.
GOD PROMISED ISRAEL A RESTORATION.
GOD PROMISED JERUSALEM A KING.
And God declares:
“FOR THE GIFTS AND THE CALLING OF GOD ARE IRREVOCABLE.” — ROMANS 11:29
So I have one final question for every believer who insists that God has finished with Israel:
IF GOD COULD BREAK HIS EVERLASTING PROMISES TO ISRAEL, WHAT ASSURANCE WOULD YOU HAVE THAT HE WILL KEEP HIS PROMISES TO YOU?
The answer matters.
Because this is ultimately about something far greater than modern politics.
IT IS ABOUT THE CHARACTER OF GOD.
THE GOD WHO SCATTERED ISRAEL WILL KEEP HIS PROMISE TO RESTORE HER.
THE GOD WHO MADE THE COVENANT WILL KEEP THE COVENANT.
THE GOD WHO CHOSE ZION HAS NOT FORGOTTEN ZION.
“Pray for the peace of Jerusalem!” — Psalm 122:6
GOD IS NOT FINISHED WITH ISRAEL.
HE IS FAITHFUL TO HIS WORD.
🇮🇱 AM YISRAEL CHAI!
The people of Israel live.

The Bible does NOT dictate an immigration policy; both Rome and Babylon were multi-ethnic nations established by God.
And the sin of Babel was NOT multiculturalism.

No elected official in the United States could simply strip the citizenship of 100+ million non-whites and non-Christians. The 14th Amendment promises equal protection for all citizens.
What White “Christian” Nationalists are calling for requires the overthrow of the Constitution because they will never be able to effect their proposed changes via the ballot box.

If you want America to be Christian, it has to be done by fulfilling the Great Commission. It is done by preaching the gospel, not by forced conversions.
If you want the world to be Christian, it has to be done by fulfilling the Great Commission. It is done by preaching the gospel, not by conquest and forced conversions.
Christ will return as a conquering king, but he came as a savior. The perfect lamb who was slain as a sacrifice for our sins. We do not need a militant Christianity. Instead, we need a moral Christianity willing to preach the gospel to everyone.
We can enforce our laws and do what is best for our nation without allowing anger and ugliness to creep into our hearts.
We can stand up for our families and our faith without resorting to ethno-paganism.
We should seek to be more like Christ and not like the pagan tribes of old.
💯
A Christian nation doesn’t come about by changing the law; Israel had their own law and were a “Christian nation”, so to speak, and look what happened with them.
If we want to be a Christian nation, it starts with preaching the Gospel and acting like Christ. (Matt. 5:13-16)

Here’s something that might change how you read the entire Bible.
The Bible records things God NEVER endorsed.
Lot’s daughters getting their father drunk and sleeping with him? Genesis 19 records their actions. It does not say God approved of them.
Slavery? Scripture describes and regulates an ancient institution. That doesn’t automatically make every practice within it morally good. And yes, some of those laws are deeply troubling.
Blood sacrifices? They weren’t evidence that God enjoyed violence. They pointed toward the seriousness of sin and ultimately to Christ (Hebrews 10:1–10).
But here’s the part you’re missing:
The Jesus who taught love and mercy is the SAME Jesus who said the Old Testament Scriptures testified about Him (John 5:39).
The Bible isn’t a collection of stories about morally perfect people. It’s the unfolding account of a fallen humanity and God’s plan of redemption.
And the entire story ultimately leads to Jesus Christ.
Don’t stop at Genesis 13. You’re reading the beginning of a story whose fulfillment you haven’t reached yet.
As someone who also has NF1 and ADHD, thank you for you post! 😊
For those who aren’t aware - I have a condition called neurofibromatosis type 1(NF1) which causes tumors to grow on nerves and can often cause disfigurement.
It can also cause learning disabilities and ADHD - neither of which I’ve been diagnosed with but I suspect I have.
It is a genetic condition and affects people of every race and ethnicity.
Despite my condition, my faith in my Savior remains strong. He is the reason I am alive today.

Saw this over on FB & it is so well stated I had to screenshot it. I post about DJT often & it’s not because I hate him. I don’t. He is a pitiful soul bound for hell & I pray for his soul. I post because I hate what he’s done to people, specifically Christians, who are called to be Christ’s ambassadors, the people who lovingly speak to a lost & dying world & point to The Way. But so often now the way they point to is politics, DJT. This association has caused so many lost to look away in disgust, & rightfully so. Vote if your prayers & Holy Spirit guide you, but stop defending this man, holding him up as “preserving Christian values.” It is making a mockery of that which you are trying to preserve, of Jesus. And THAT is what I hate.

This graphic is not biblical Christianity. It is white supremacy dressed in Protestant terminology.
Not one of its cited verses teaches that white people alone descend from Adam, that other ethnicities cannot be saved, or that salvation belongs exclusively to a modern racial category.
Genesis 1:27: God created mankind in His image.
Acts 17:26: God made every nation of mankind from one man.
The Christian Identity Movement" comes straight from hell. It sure ain't Christian.
