If you❤️:

Good morning @X algorithm, 👋
If you love ❤️ technology, go-to-market strategy, and sales, give me a follow, it’s all I talk about.
I’ll follow you back 🤝
I write about sales, Go-To-Market strategy, and technology. Everything I teach is from my own experience of over a decade combined with what’s happening today.
If you love:
Technology
Sales
Go-To-Market strategy
Then you should follow me.
From ages 18-24, I sold technology services D2D, led and trained five sales offices across five states, and grew sales by 20-30% in each.
These are the top five sales and go-to-market lessons I learned.
5. Your growth ceiling is determined by your ability to develop people.
Early in my career, I thought being the best salesperson was the goal.
Then I started leading offices.
I realized that my individual performance mattered far less than my ability to make everyone around me better.
The highest-leverage thing a sales leader can do is build a system that produces great salespeople without depending on any one person.
The biggest takeaway?
Sales isn’t about convincing people to buy something they don’t need.
It’s about understanding human behavior, identifying real problems, communicating value, and building repeatable systems that connect solutions with customers.
Those principles apply whether you’re knocking on doors, building a startup, or taking a product from $0 to $100M in revenue.
The channels change. The fundamentals don’t.
Your sales team can't sell what they can't explain in one sentence. Here's how to write that sentence:
4. Before: "An AI-powered platform that streamlines workflow orchestration." After: "We help ops managers stop chasing status updates, so projects ship on time."
