“Pretty early on I realized that quite a few VCs, they are not very operational, and they can be actually dangerous for the company if they have enough power. So every single investment round, we just remove VCs. Now I don't have any VCs on the board. I think that's the best.”
Revolut founder Nik Storonsky says one of his investors tried forcing him to fire his best person:
“He was forcing me to fire my best person, because he was too hardcore.”
“Of course I didn’t fire him. I said no.”

“Now I don't have any VCs on the board. I think that's the best. You always need to have operators rather than VCs on the board, people who actually build business and who know how to do things.”

Over 1 million PHP services were patched in the past 24 hours - but ~40 million vulnerable services are still online (@censysio) php2shell.censys.com/

Leaving this here, PHP 8.5.12 security patch is incomplete. ( needs further validation )

Unvalidated AI output (author admits in replies: omp with glm5.3 + ds4), not a lab result. Its screenshot says both CVEs are fixed; the 'surviving paths' need unserialize() of attacker data or an app LFI. Patch per php.net: php.net/archive/2026.p…

At this point the whole EU Inc negotiations are so lost in the details that everyone forgot the main goal: Creating a standard.
Basically, allow founders to raise quickly globally and use stock options to hire competitively.
Let’s say it quite clearly:
1) If EU Inc isn’t providing a standard it’s useless. We already got 30+ legal entities in Europe. Experienced founders use Delaware Inc already because of this.
2) If EU Inc doesn’t fix stock options Delaware Inc is still the better option.
I understand the there are complex details and people are worried about loopholes. But you can’t lose the actual goal of it because of it.
An EU Inc that doesn't provide a standard is pointless. Nobody will care about intricacies of compromises reached in political committees if the market can't use the outcome.
If you are in contact with your political leaders (prime ministers, presidents, et al) please reach out to them. Or to founders/investors in your network who might have that access.

Ich hab da mal was angefangen.
Aktuell hilft Adler AI mit Infos. Step by Step.

So, @AnthropicAI has Opus 5.5, but you still have to manually copy and paste your Sign-in-with-Apple email address on the desktop, because adding Sign-in-with-Apple on the @claudeai desktop app is such an elite problem that not even Opus can fix that. 🤷🏻♂️
Codex, when two agents that are both already authenticated need to talk to an API:
“You’re right to push back. I added a signing-key ceremony you didn’t ask for.”

Over hundreds of venture rounds I’ve noticed they all fall into 1 of 3 paths
1. Investors throw cash at crazy growth (great!)
2. Founder runs a process that produces a term sheet (great!)
3. Hail mary stumble through cold pitches that gets lucky (avoid)

Take every bit of friction out of your fundraising process:
- Asking for an e-mail address to see a deck
- E-mailing back and forth to schedule a meeting (just send a Calendly link)
- Requiring anything more than an e-mail to book a Calendly appointment
- Requiring passwords or 2FA to see a deck or book an appointment (yes, people do this)
- Asking for NDA’s
All this stuff slows you down and stops you from raising money.
