Enslave people like old times
I cannot wrap my head around the endgame here. If you destroy the planet, crash the global economy, and leave ordinary people too broke to buy anything, what exactly are billionaires planning to do with all that money? Sit in underground bunkers staring at bank balances while the world falls apart? Wealth is only valuable when there's a functioning society around it. So what exactly are they trying to win?
It’s genuinely frustrating to see what happened with $AI over the last 24 hours.
The chart was holding up remarkably well despite terrible market conditions and weak narratives, only for a single entity to decide to completely nuke the price by dumping 2% of the total supply in one go.
This could have easily been avoided through an OTC deal, which I and several others I know would have happily taken.
This has always been my biggest issue with onchain tokens. You have a handful of entities sitting on significant portions of the supply at relatively low market caps, essentially holding the entire chart hostage.
And this is exactly why smart whales hesitate to enter these plays. Nobody wants to provide exit liquidity for someone who can destroy months of price action with a single transaction. You end up attracting gamblers instead of serious capital.
I’m personally down over 50% from my entry, and I’m still holding for what’s coming.
Whether we eventually revisit the previous ATH around $20M MC or find a bottom somewhere between $40M–$50M MC, my conviction hasn’t changed.
But situations like this are incredibly frustrating, especially when they’re completely avoidable.
Other than Bittensor, almost nothing in crypto gives me that feeling of discovering something genuinely new like we did back in the old days.
Most of this industry has lost the plot.
Bittensor is one of the few ecosystems actually working towards something bigger than crypto itself. Building real utility that can break out of our little CT bubble and reach the real world. And it’s already happening.
bittensor:native price action has been brutal, no sugarcoating it.
But I genuinely believe those who have the conviction to stick around through the ugly days will look back at these prices in disbelief.
Imagine 100 successful Bittensor subnets each generating $1M in annual revenue and allocating 50% toward bittensor:native funded alpha buybacks.
That’s $50M in annual external buying pressure for $TAO.
eTAO was a great addition, and I’d genuinely love to see more established subnets setting their owner emissions to 0%, redirecting those rewards toward miners, validators and stakers.
But the real milestone would be seeing subnets consistently buying and burning alpha using revenue earned from actual customers, rather than relying on recycled emissions.
That’s when Bittensor starts looking less like an ecosystem funded by $TAO and more like an economy generating organic demand for $TAO.
TL;dr LONg brought a new asset class to crypto and it’s PvE
Don’t sleep on the flagship subnet on bittensor
Here’s why Lium Subnet 51 will hit multi billion dollar market cap;
Back in 2017, I remember the GPU mining craze around NiceHash. People were buying GTX 1080 Tis, plugging them in, and earning Bitcoin simply by selling their GPU’s computational power. At the time, it felt revolutionary.
Fast forward almost a decade, and I think we’re witnessing something even more interesting on Bittensor, particularly with Lium (Subnet 51).
The concept is surprisingly similar, you contribute GPU power to a decentralized network and get rewarded for it. But there’s one fundamental difference. In 2017, demand was largely driven by cryptocurrency mining, but Today, that same computational power can be rented to run AI workloads.
Lium (SN51) combines GPU rental revenue with Bittensor’s subnet incentives, creating an economic model that didn’t exist during the original mining boom. Of course, profitability still depends on utilization, hardware costs, electricity, and sustainable incentives, But think about the bigger picture. In 2017, people invested thousands into GPUs because they believed selling hashpower could become a profitable business. Now imagine what happens as AI compute demand keeps growing and decentralized networks become increasingly competitive at supplying it.
The GPU mining boom taught us that people will monetize computational power. The AI boom could give that power a much bigger market to serve and a real longevity rather than short term hype followed by a total burst.
This is targeting a market far beyond crypto, and it’s still very early.
/ $NEAR
waiting for the final dip
took a look at $NEAR chart and immediately saw a perfect similar Structure to $ADA 2018-2021 Cycle
Although market share wont be the same as current competition and number of coins now far exceeds what it was like back then in 2021, However if near can pull something truly revolutionary I think we might see it pull off same run as ADA did back in 2021.
Last month, we demonstrated high-rate alchemy: turning mercury into real, stable gold, beating CERN’s record by a factor of 10.
Last week, we enriched isotopes in the world’s most powerful plasma centrifuge, beating the Soviet record that stood for 40 years.
Now, we’re building a fusion reactor in San Francisco to achieve record power density.
