The Mousetrap on Tates Creek Road in Lexington has been a staple since 1976. Family owned, tucked into Lansdowne, and known for house-made pimento cheese folks call the best in Kentucky.
But there is more than the pimento cheese. A full deli with make-your-own sandwiches, chicken salad, and she-crab soup. Shelves of specialty foods from around the world, plus kitchen goods and gift baskets worth a slow browse.
