I'm facing criminal prosecution. A man videotaped my confrontation and, as far as I know, may be the only witness.
The press has reported he is a 40-year-old, Israeli citizen, which also probably means he's an IDF soldier. Other than that, his identity is being concealed. The Sixth Amendment guarantees the right to confront witnesses against you. Seems like another attack on our constitution.
Why the anonymity? Was he coordinating with the Israel lobby? Why shouldn't the public know who is providing evidence in a criminal prosecution against an American?
