Leaders from across Midland ISD came together for our monthly Leadership Meeting to learn, celebrate, and collaborate.
Communities In Schools shared how they support our students and families, we recognized educators receiving the Principal Incentive Allotment, and honored a district leader who truly embodies #ExcellenceInAction.
The morning wrapped up with our leaders working side-by-side to exchange ideas and strengthen the #StudentExperience across every campus.

Why is attendance so important? When kids miss school, they miss out on essential learning, friendships, and fun activities. Good attendance is one of the biggest predictors of student success.
