This is a grim moment for US-Ukraine relations, but it’s also cause to work twice as hard for the Free World’s victory over Russian aggression. First step is donating to funds like @BackAndAlive to support Ukraine’s defense (including strikes against Russian diesel).
NEW: Donald Trump privately doubts that Russian President Vladimir Putin will agree to an energy ceasefire with Ukraine before winter, sources tell us.

Scenes from Xi Jinping’s route to the White House (with Google Translate showing a number of banners “warmly welcoming” the Chinese leader).
Honored to host Ukraine’s Presidential Commissioner for Sanctions Policy @vladvlas for a conversation with a packed room of Members of Congress and staff, discussing the importance of maximum economic pressure on Russia to expedite an end to its invasion of Ukraine.
I just donated to @BackAndAlive’s Dronefall campaign to shoot down the Russian drones that terrorized and killed Ukrainians last night. You should too.

Joint statement from @RepGregoryMeeks, @RepStenyHoyer, @RepBrianFitz, @RepMarcyKaptur, @RepDonBacon, @USRepKeating and @RepKiley on securing the final signature needed to compel a vote on the House Floor of the Ukraine Support Act:
Friends, an update: This week I joined @RepMarcyKaptur's team as her new Legislative Assistant for Military & Foreign Affairs. I'm thrilled to join Congresswoman Kaptur's team and to serve the people of Northwest Ohio. It's a big change, but an exciting one.
2000 Meters to Andriivka was snubbed by the Oscars, but it's still the best documentary of modern warfare. When the soldiers who survived stood up after the film's premier in Kyiv last summer, they received a 15 minute standing ovation.

Pretty crazy to be on this site and see advertisements for Russians to buy new passports for $90,000.
Great new report from @FakhurdinovaM on military assistance to Ukraine. Here's one of many findings: how have the weapons sent from the US to Ukraine impacted what systems the US still has available?
