It would be a lot more believable that Tommy Robinson wasn’t trying to threaten the Daily Mail journalists if he didn’t threaten people with violence on a regular basis.
Violence is his answer to everything, and he’s so proud of it he regularly posts videos of it himself.
Calling 42 charges, including rape, assault, sex trafficking, and child porn, a “hurdle” is fucking crazy. The bar for male loyalty is apparently so low that some men will defend the accused before they’ll spare a thought for the victims. Misogyny really is a hell of a drug.

🚨 Andrew Tate's lawyer continues his attacks against the federal prosecutors
He calls them "evil" and "objectively insufferable human beings."
He says the prosecutors "should all be forced to sit in a cell for 25 hours to see what it's like."
He even calls out a female prosecutor by name.
The Florida Bar's current Professionalism Expectations, revised May 2026, say:
2.3: “A lawyer must avoid disparaging personal remarks or acrimony toward opposing parties, opposing counsel, third parties or the court.”
And:
4.20: “A lawyer must not denigrate opposing parties, witnesses, or the court to clients, media, or members of the public.”
🚨 Andrew Tate's lawyer appears to be viciously attacking the Trump DOJ, calling them “inhumane, smug, condescending, inconsiderate” and accusing them of “insufferable, condescending douchebaggery of the highest order.”
He also says that he plans to go directly to Trump if the attempts to free the Tates fail.

🚨 We've heard a lot about "DEI" over the last few weeks.
Media including GB News, The Spectator, and UnHerd have massively amplified the acronym: the latter two are owned outright by billionaire Evangelical Christian hedge-funder Paul Marshall, and he's the biggest investor in GB News.
The Telegraph appears to have kick-started mainstream coverage of the Jason Arday story: on 24 July 2026, Gordon Rayner and colleagues reported a fresh statistical analysis finding over 100 (later cited as 188) sentences in Jason Arday's PhD thesis identical or near-identical to another academic's earlier thesis. "Near identical" is doing a lot of work here.
A typical humanities PhD thesis in the UK runs somewhere around 80,000–100,000 words. At an average of roughly 20–25 words/sentence for academic prose, that works out to something like 3,000–5,000 sentences in the whole thesis. That places the reported overlaps at roughly just 2–6% of the thesis. One independent Turnitin-style check later reported an overall similarity index around 4.2% for the thesis.
Liverpool John Moores University, which awarded the doctorate, had already investigated similar concerns and found "honest and reasonable error," not misconduct. Neither Cambridge nor LJMU has directly addressed the Telegraph's specific statistical finding, and Cambridge's own investigation into Arday's qualifications was still ongoing, and not completed when he died.
So while the allegations were real, contested, and unresolved, they were NOT settled fact, whatever the tone of the coverage that followed implied.
Much of the coverage that followed, however, moved beyond the plagiarism allegations into something else: allegations that Arday was a fantasist, a serial liar, and his professorship simply the result of "DEI". The strong implicit and often explicit suggestion was that he was only appointed because he was black.
In the UK, "DEI" (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) doesn't exist: it's "EDI" (Equality, Diversity and Inclusion), not "DEI." The distinction is more than cosmetic.
"Equity" (US usage) implies differentiated treatment to achieve equal outcomes, while "equality" (UK usage) means something quite different: judging everyone by the same standard, not adjusting treatment to engineer equal results.
"DEI" itself is rooted in a specific American policy tradition, affirmative action, disparate-impact remedies, and diversity as a "compelling interest" that US courts and institutions spent decades litigating, particularly in university admissions, before the Supreme Court struck down race-conscious admissions in 2023.
In the US context, "DEI" typically implies proactive intervention to correct group-level outcomes: demographic targets, representation goals, differentiated treatment aimed at equalising results.
In contrast, UK "EDI" starts from a different legal premise entirely. It's tied to the 2010 Equality Act's nine protected characteristics, a framework built on individual rights against discrimination, not group-outcome targets.
The Act simply says you should be judged on merit and conduct, not on immutable traits like your sex, race, or disability: a classical liberal principle predating any modern equality politics.
Crucially, the protections cut both ways, so white, straight, Christian men like Paul Marshall and Dany Kruger have exactly the same legal standing against discrimination as anyone else.
Universities, the #NHS, and most UK public sector bodies have used EDI as the standard term for years, predating the recent US culture-war salience of "DEI."
So when commentators reached for "DEI" to explain Arday's career, they weren't just using the wrong acronym. They were importing an entire American framework, quotas, group-outcome engineering, race-conscious appointment, that has no equivalent basis in the UK legal or institutional system Cambridge actually operates under: it was a substitution of one country's contested policy debate for another's, without anyone writing about it actually checking whether the substitution held up.
Kathleen Stock's 29 July UnHerd piece, which arguably originated the 'DEI' framing, was literally titled "Jason Arday: Cambridge's DEI darling." Not EDI.
Richard Dawkins, Brendan O'Neill, Toby Young, David Starkey and numerous others all then ran with "DEI" over the following fortnight, across Marshall's own outlets: Dawkins mocking Arday's thesis prose in UnHerd on 8 August, Young declaring in The Spectator that "Professor Arday is the gift that keeps on giving." GB News has long-running opinion pieces on "toxic DEI policies infecting our institutions" and "anti-racism ideology... killing white Britons."
Not one of them appears to have paused to check whether the acronym they were building an entire moral panic around actually matched the institutional language of the university they claimed to be scrutinising.
People who spent weeks attacking the academic credentials of a Cambridge professor, several of them current or former high-profile academics themselves, couldn't even be bothered to get the acronym right for the thing they now claim explains his career, and, by implication, his death.
None of this is to say EDI programmes are beyond fair criticism, they aren't. But criticising how a UK institution runs its own equality policy is a different exercise from importing an American acronym wholesale and using it to explain away a man's career.
The gap between "DEI" and "EDI" matters more than it looks. The "DEI hire" framing wasn't describing Cambridge's actual equality and diversity policies at all. It was a ready-made American culture-war attack template, pasted onto a British academic because the shape happened to fit, by writers and outlets who never checked whether the label matched the institution and individual they were supposedly holding to account.
By deploying "DEI" instead of "EDI," commentators effectively bypassed the actual statutory and institutional reality of UK higher education in favour of a pre-packaged, highly emotive American narrative template.
There's a broader pattern at work here: over the last decade or more we've seen how localised institutional debates are frequently subsumed by broader ideological narratives.
When imported culture-war talking points overwrite and overwhelm local legal and procedural contexts, the nuances of the actual story, and the humanity of the individuals involved, get lost in the noise.

🚨 An Andrew Tate supporter and former Hustlers University subscriber has been sentenced to 39 months in prison for controlling and coercive behaviour against his ex-partner.
Karl Farr, a conspiracy theorist in South Gloucestershire with more than 40,000 TikTok followers, was convicted after a court heard that he became increasingly jealous and controlling, isolated his partner from friends and family, and used threats that made her feel unable to leave him.
His ex-partner told the court that Farr wanted her to be “submissive” to him and that his behaviour left her suicidal and resulted in hospitalisations.
Farr allegedly deliberately triggered her autistic meltdowns, filmed them, and threatened to use the footage to portray her as an unfit mother if she reported him to police.
She also told the court that Farr persuaded her to stop taking her medication, convinced her that her children would find her dead because she had received the COVID vaccine, fed her chlorine dioxide in drinks and subjected her to extreme “detoxes.”
I have covered how Alex Stanciu, Tate's "fitness professor" in Hustler's University, would promise to "detox" students from the covid vaccine, among other bizarre claims including him being able to cure diabetes.
After his ex-partner ended the relationship in March 2024, Farr continued contacting and intimidating her, including creating new social-media accounts after being blocked, sitting near her home in an unregistered car and, on one occasion, entering her home while she was ill and verbally abusing her.
His behaviour continued despite a non-molestation order. The judge said Farr wanted her to believe that “nothing would get rid of” him and described his conduct as deliberate manipulation designed to maintain control over her.

Allow me a (relatively) quick story time...
Three years ago, I was still a full time forklift driver, making videos late into the night. One of those videos covered Andrew Tate, exposing him largely through his own footage, in which he appeared to confess to conduct resembling the human trafficking offences he has since been charged with.
At the time, Tate was being increasingly embraced on the right after saying all the right things about COVID and (mostly) masculinity.
That video went viral. A large swathe of conservative commentators disavowed him, including pretty much everyone at the Daily Wire.
Not Candace Owens.
She immediately booked a flight to Romania to run damage control for Andrew Tate. Both she and Tate referenced my viral video, claiming I had taken things out of context. Candace then deliberately played selective segments of Tate's "Pimping Hoes Degree" to help him portray it as merely a "dating course," while editing around the parts that made it clear it wasn't. In context, it appeared to be Andrew Tate selling a course on how to carry out the "Loverboy" method of human trafficking - the very method Romanian prosecutors allege he used.
Candace continued defending Tate, even dedicating an entire episode to tormenting one of his alleged trafficking victims. That's why her harassment of Erika Kirk and Charlie Kirk's loved ones is shocking, but not surprising, to me.
@JeremyDBoreing later acknowledged that her defence of Andrew Tate was one of the factors behind her departure from the Daily Wire.
It's also worth pointing out that other Daily Wire figures, including @benshapiro and @jordanbpeterson, were highly vocal in condemning Andrew Tate and his influence from mid-2023 onwards.
Cut to today.
I'm now a full-time video editor, and I'm proud to have an article published by the Daily Wire on the very subject of alternative media figures, including Candace Owens during her time there, running cover for Andrew Tate.
Meanwhile, Tate is suing me in what I believe is a frivolous defamation lawsuit that I've already had dismissed once, and I'm confident it will be defeated again. At the same time, he is in federal custody awaiting potential extradition to the UK to face further serious criminal charges, including human trafficking.
A lot has changed in three years. But in many ways, it feels like everything has come full circle.

Tomorrow, the High Court will hear the latest case management hearing in the civil claims brought by the four women our firm, @mccuejury, represents against Andrew Tate.
At that hearing, counsel for Hertfordshire Police will update the Court on the current status of the police reinvestigation into our clients’ criminal complaints.
For the avoidance of doubt, this concerns a separate police investigation from the criminal proceedings in which Andrew and Tristan Tate now face 59 authorised charges involving seven alleged victims, and in respect of which extradition proceedings are currently underway in the United States.
Given the ongoing proceedings, I will not comment on the substance of that update before it has been heard by the Court. I will provide a further update after the hearing where appropriate.
