Her clitoris fills with blood when she is aroused.
If it still feels small and soft, she is not ready for direct pressure.
Start on her inner thighs and outer lips. Stay there until her breath changes.
Wait until the tissue is swollen and the hood has some give.
Then use a flat, slow touch, not a fingertip jab.
If she flinches, you went in too soon. Back up an inch and wait again.
She's not just your wife.
She's the first person you want to tell when something good happens.
And the first one you call when something goes wrong.
She's your best friend.
The one who knows the story behind every inside joke.
She's your dinner date on a random Tuesday.
Pizza on the couch. Her feet in your lap.
She's the one who laughs at your jokes.
Even the bad ones. Especially the bad ones.
She's your safe place.
The only person who sees you tired, cranky and unshaved and still kisses you goodnight.
She's your teammate.
Bills, kids, bad days, broken dishwashers. Same side, every time.
She's your forever.
Your home isn't the house.
It's wherever she is.
Here's the part nobody tells you:
A woman who feels like your everything acts like it.
She leans in. She reaches for you. She wants you.
So tell her.
Not once a year on your anniversary.
Today.
Send this to your wife and let her know she's all of it.

If your ankles swell by evening and erections softened in the same season, write both facts down.
Swelling is not one diagnosis. A blood pressure pill such as amlodipine commonly leaves a sock mark by evening. That pattern is often years old, both ankles, and not new breathlessness. Name the pill. Do not call it a failing heart because your socks leave a line.
A different visit is new swelling, a few pounds up on the same scale, and getting winded on stairs you used to climb, in the same months the erections faded. That cluster belongs in one appointment. Do not split it into a shoe problem and a bedroom problem.
Track four lines for two weeks. Which ankle, and what time the shoe gets tight. Morning weight, same scale. Stairs: same breath as last month, or not. Erections: morning, with a partner, or both.
Bring the list and the pill bottles. Ask them to separate a known pill side effect from a new heart or vessel problem. Do not add an erection drug to cover a change you have not described.
If she hears you stop breathing at night, write that next to the erection change.
That is not the same fact as staying up late. Pauses, loud snoring, and waking unrefreshed are a breathing problem. Oxygen drops again and again. A sleep study is the test. A new erection pill is not the first line while those pauses are unmeasured.
Bring her report of the pauses. Bring the morning headache and the dry mouth if you have them. Ask whether a sleep study belongs in the same plan.
Do not buy a mouthguard off an ad and call it treated.
If she puts your hand on her lower belly and presses, keep that pressure.
Do not lift off to be polite. The press is the instruction.
A bacon-and-sausage breakfast, most mornings, is a processed-meat pattern.
Vessels that open for an erection take that hit over time. One Sunday plate is not the pattern. The weekday repeat is.
Blood in semen is not the same visit as blood in urine.
1. Write which fluid had blood: semen, urine, or both.
2. One episode under 40, with no pain, is often benign. If it returns, tell a clinician anyway.
3. Over 40, or with pain, fever, or a weak stream, book the visit. Infection in the prostate or urethra is a common cause they can test.
4. Do not decide it is cancer from one stain. Do not decide it is nothing because a friend said so.
5. Bring the date, how many times, and any prostate pill to that visit.
If you stay firm lying down and lose it when you stand, write both facts.
A clinic that only hears "I cannot stay hard" will sell one plan. Standing loss is a different sentence from never getting firm at all. Lying down, the erection can hold. The moment you stand, or kneel up, it fades. That detail changes the visit.
Write it in plain words before you go in.
1. Do you get a full erection lying on your back?
2. Does it fade within a minute of standing, with the same arousal?
3. Does a position change during sex do the same thing?
4. Is morning firmness still there when you wake, before you stand?
Bring the list. Ask to be examined lying and standing if the story is postural. Do not let the visit skip to a shot because the form had one box for erection trouble.
Also name any new pelvic surgery, a new blood pressure pill, or a sudden curve. Those are separate stories. The standing fade is its own line.
This is not a character problem. It is not fixed by trying harder once you are on your feet. Describe the position. Then let the exam match the sentence you live.
Under 6 hours is an erection pattern, not a badge.
Sleep under 6 hours most nights and morning firmness often fades with it. That erection is built during sleep. Cut the night short and the signal has less time. This is not a failed pill.
Write bedtime and wake time for seven nights. If you snore, gasp, or wake unrefreshed, say that at the erection visit. Name any new sleep medicine.
Lengthen the night for seven nights, then judge the morning erection again. Do not cover a short week with a new bottle.
If she says "hold me, don't move," you hold.
Do not start a new thrust to be helpful. Still means still. Ask before you move again.
A 20-ounce sweet tea, every afternoon, is a sugar load.
It is not hydration. That daily cup feeds the same glucose pattern that softens erections. Name the cup before you buy a powder.
One low testosterone lab is not a prescription.
If a clinic offers a shot the same day as the first blood draw, that skipped the repeat.
1. Ask for a morning total testosterone, drawn before 10am.
2. If it is low, repeat it on another morning. One low draw is not the diagnosis.
3. Ask what else was on the form: LH, and prolactin if the number is very low.
4. Do not start testosterone to see how you feel off one lab.
5. If you already started, ask when the next morning level is due.

If you leak when you cough, do not call it a weak stream.
A weak stream is often an obstruction story. A leak when you cough, laugh, or lift is a different sentence. Men file both under prostate size. One size number does not answer both.
Write three lines before the visit.
1. Do you leak when you cough, laugh, or lift?
2. Do you leak on the way to the toilet, with a sudden urge?
3. Is the stream weak, split, or slow to start?
Bring the three lines. Ask which mechanism fits each one. A cough-leak can be a sphincter problem, a pelvic floor problem, or a bladder that contracts when it should not. A weak stream can be obstruction. They can show up in the same year. They are not the same fix.
If the leak started after prostate treatment, say the date. If it started with no surgery, say that too. Both are worth a visit. Neither is a character flaw.
A pad in the drawer is data. Count the cough days, not a speech about age. Do not leave with a size number and no answer for the cough.
A nicotine pouch is still nicotine.
The gum, the vape, and the pouch all deliver nicotine. Nicotine tightens vessels. Erections need those vessels to open. Swapping the cigarette for a pouch did not retire the habit.
If firmness faded the same year the pouch became all-day, say that at the visit. Name the product. Count the pouches in a day. If that number is higher than the old cigarettes, say the number too. Do not call it quitting.
A new flavor is not a vessel plan. Stopping nicotine is the step worth naming.
If she says she is sore, you stop.
Sore is not a cue to finish faster. Come out. Ask what hurts. Leave penetration off until she says it is welcome again.
