Shape of Exfil
There are times when you feel things before you can put them into words verbally. Building ExFil has been that experience for me lat few weeks. A lot of people said the interface is gimmicky. It looks like a game and a gamer coin everyone will ignore. There are few pioneers who saw beyond that.
Here are few things we shipped that set Exfil apart:
- Risk you can feel in a glance. See holders dumping right now.
- No fees on losing trades. We only make money when you win.
- Go beyond likes. Upvote, downvote and reply to holders takes.
- Limit orders so you manage risk without looking at the chart.
- Share airdrops instead of referral codes with family and friends.
The underlying theme across all of it is *risk*.
Hill and rats are a better way to see risk in real-time. Downvotes are a counter balance to fomo inducing shills in this space. Taking on the risk yourself is the best way I can think of to bring a friend into the trenches. And with no fee on losing trades, we have no reason to hide risk from you.
We only make money when you win.

i love market phases like this one as a builder
only the ones who have true conviction stick around
they're all giving me brutally honest feedback to improve the product every single day
they course correct me every single day by asking me questions a typical VC would never ask
a lot of my friends say you won't find patient capital in trenches and you need to raise venture capital
i would agree with them in a typical case but not in this case
when it's a product for trenches you can't ask for a better cap table than the one with trenchers who understand it in and out

You know how awkward it feels asking a friend to buy a memecoin you're holding?
Well, @abhilashi just made a much better alternative.
With @exfildotfunโs new airdrop feature, you can send your friends some coin in just a few taps.
They claim it for free, their rat joins yours in the arena, and $EXFIL covers the network fee.
You can even take it back if they don't claim.
No awkward shilling.
No referral links.
Just sharing something you believe in.
Don't shill. Airdrop.
I really love this direction for EXFIL.

Remember I predicted perfectly the run to 6m (went to 5,5m actually)
You want to know the next targets :)
Remember I drew those arrows and see where they landed.
Receipts after receipts.
Soon, the Robinhood events will happen and people will want to sign up and make my substack n1 rising globally in crypto again.
Pro tip. It's right now you want to join and buy. Not after I've correctly predicted the pumps.
But when I say, hey guys, this is about to run.
Like I did with base:0xe6522a891702cd2e8cc2a5182638c9da1dd44b22 2 days ago and it went 100% (on thick liq) after.

Completely insane app.
Already better than fomo.
Users growth in on par for 1000 users and 10m mcap in a month or so.
Unless there is a big shill/ news/ that makes it go even faster.
solana:6FhVPctYg363pQbs4iSvqyHe2cJzfsvFD96gePy6pump is a tier 1 gem.
let people distro their early tokens and dca.
The @exfildotfun thesis keeps getting more interesting. ๐
While price action has been frustrating, @abhilashi keeps removing the barriers that stop people from actually using a trading app.
The latest iOS updates are a good example.
โ
Limit orders are now live. Traders can set target prices, choose expiry times, and allow partial fills instead of constantly staring at charts.
โ
The UI is noticeably cleaner, too. Less clutter, easier navigation, and a more intuitive trading experience.
๐จ But the bigger onboarding development?
โ
You can now fund your EXFIL wallet directly with a card.
Visa/Mastercard deposits, CAD support, a Cash App option, and deposit tracking are now shown in the funding flow.
Think about how this fits together.
A trader discovers a token on X or Telegram โ scans it through EXFIL โ funds their wallet โ trades with better information and execution tools.
Then comes retention.
Rat Leagues, DMs, bag gifting, airdrops, and shareable trading activity make EXFIL more than another buy-and-sell terminal.
โ
And the fee model remains attractive:
0% app fees on buys.โจ0% app fees on losing sells.โจ
Profitable exit fees support $EXFIL buybacks, burns, trader rewards, and operations.
This is the bigger opportunity I see:
Discovery โ Easy Onboarding โ Execution โ Community โ Retention.
Every improvement removes friction or gives traders another reason to return.
At the recently reported 2.1M MC, I find the disconnect between product progress and price interesting.
Of course, shipping features isn't enough. Active users, repeat trading, and sustainable revenue still need to follow.
But I'm watching a founder with a track record of scaling consumer products keep building toward a much bigger vision.
The market sees another trading app.
I see an attempt to build an entire trading ecosystem.
The product is the thesis.
The builder is the conviction.
Price is a lagging indicator. ๐
@theunipcs @iruletrenches @blknoiz06 @frankdegods @Aurelius0121 @pointfarmcap
Dr.Crypto Gems retweeted
$EXFIL dipped to 2.1M MC without any negative catalyst I've seen. Yet the product keeps growing. ๐
Since Oct 29:โจโข Volume +13%โจโข Trades +21%โจโข Traders +8%
Now $1.51M in cumulative volume, 11,392 trades, and 312 unique traders.
But what interests me more is what @abhilashi is building to onboard the next wave.
X and Telegram coin scans bring EXFIL directly to where degens already discover tokens. No app needed to experience its intelligence.
Card deposits and in wallet swaps reduce onboarding friction. Apple Pay and Google Pay are awaiting approval.
Shareable arenas, bag gifting, group airdrops, and referrals turn existing users into potential distribution channels.
And once traders arrive, wallet intelligence, better execution, and 0% app fees on buys and losing sells give them reasons to stay.
That's the bigger picture:
Discovery โ Onboarding โ Trading โ Retention โ Referrals.
More adoption could mean more profitable exit fees funding $EXFIL buybacks, burns, and trader rewards.
Features still need to translate into sustained usage, but the direction is interesting.
The chart pulled back. The builder didn't stop.
Price is a lagging indicator. ๐
Dr.Crypto Gems retweeted
we asked for a trading app.
this man gave the rat a research department, a telegram account and a post-trade report card.
day 29/30 of @abhilashi building Exfil, and the bigger picture is getting clearer.
most of us discover coins on X or Telegram. thatโs where the excitement starts and often where the research ends.
now you can ask @exfildotfun to scan a contract right there.
the receipts include launch-block buyers, linked wallets, holder positioning and recent X calls. scan again and you can see what changed since the previous scan.
that makes research easier to revisit. yesterdayโs receipt shouldnโt become todayโs permanent reassurance.
then, on the web terminal, the buy preview shows what the route quotes: tokens received, minimum received and price impact.
after the trade, thereโs a post-raid debrief to help you reflect on how you played it.
discovery. research. execution. review.
those pieces belong together. seeing a bullish post, checking the wallets and understanding the proposed fill should feel like one coherent process.
even the smaller changes matter: win rate explaining which trades it counts, transaction links opening the actual transaction, and trades showing how long they took to land.
thatโs the kind of detail that helps people understand what theyโre looking at.
a scan still isnโt a safety guarantee. linked wallets arenโt proof of common ownership. better information wonโt remove trading risk.
but it gives you more to work with than a ticker and someone shouting โearly.โ
came for the rat.
apparently weโre doing homework now.
Day 29/30 of building a trading app we never had:
Growth:
- Scan any coin on X: tag @exfildotfun with โscanโ and a contract, get a red-flag receipt card back.
- The same scan in Telegram: /scan in DMs or groups, a Scan a coin button, and an add-to-group link.
- Scan receipts lead with what passed: โNo red flags in N checksโ on a clean coin.
- Scan receipts show launch-block buyers, linked wallets, the share of top holders in profit vs underwater, and recent X calls.
- Every scan says what changed since the last scan of that coin.
- The scan bot only answers when you ask it to; cashtag-only and link-only mentions are ignored.
- Calls on X are drawn on the exfil.fun/trade chart, ringed with the callerโs wallet when Frontrun ties one.
exfil.fun/trade Buy shows a routed preview under the amount: tokens you get, the minimum, and price impact.
- Export your private key from the exfil.fun/trade wallet menu (Solana).
- Send some: give a friend part of your bag by link, held in escrow until they claim.
- Airdrops from the arenaโs Send button, one tap, to a link or a player you follow.
- Group airdrops by link: the claim opens first, then sign-in.
- Share the arena as a picture or a vertical video, with its INTEL cards stacked under it.
- Climb card: the raid drawn as a hill, also as a video where the rat climbs and the PnL counts up.
- Post-raid debrief: a grade for how you played the raid, as a share card.
- Pick your own invite code: exfil.fun/r/yourname.
- Share coin links carry your invite code.
- A ratโs trade links open the transaction itself.
Onboarding:
- Deposit by card at exfil.fun/deposit; Apple Pay and Google Pay say Coming soon until Coinbase approves.
- Swap USDC to SOL, or SOL to USDC, inside the wallet.
- USDC sits beside SOL in Portfolio, and both open a cash sheet with Deposit and Withdraw.
- Base USDC and BNB Chain USDT sit under Cash & gas.
- Buy with card from Deposit, without a second sign-in; the app watches the USDC land.
Discovery:
- Coins no longer read โbot-drivenโ just because Jupiter carries a small share of their volume.
- Quiet coins open at their last price instead of being refused.
- The home feed ranks coins with takes worth reading higher.
- Search: a MetaDAO chip lists MetaDAO launchpad coins.
- ORE opens on its live mining board.
Decision making:
- Call-in answers the question you asked, never the same read twice.
- Takes go up to 1,000 characters with See more, and links ask before they open.
- Takes votes hold the order, arrows are easier to hit, and a tip stays said.
- Your rat wears an envelope when you have messages; friendsโ words float over their rats.
- INTEL: holder growth and retention cards right after a red candle and while you hold.
- INTEL FAMILY card: the supply every linked wallet holds together.
- Tap the dev on the hill to open the dev sheet.
Execution:
- Quiet launch coins are priced from their own pool.
Coins whose curve is paired with another coin (like BTW) buy and sell through that coin.
- Robinhood Chain gas is capped by cost, not gas units, so sells go through in an ETH gas spike.
- A late unsponsored trade reads as never sent, not as one that failed to land.
- Bot API keys that get refused are told exactly what reached Exfil.
- Trades say how long they took to land: โยท 1.4 sโ.
- A sell short on gas gets a top-up sized to the shortfall, not a fixed $0.25.
Profile:
- Portfolio leads with what matters: PnL, cash and actions up top, history on its own pages.
- Profile leads with the money, yours and anyone you visit.
- Profile: one thing per line, no blank fields, no โNot yetโ placeholders.
- Win rate says what it counts: โ80% won ยท 8 of 10 trades ยท 1 not countedโ.
- Pioneers card moves from Leagues to Profile.
Leagues: a loss reads red, and your card says what puts you on the board.
Messages: DMs behind the arenaโs Send, with airdrops inside the conversation.
5-minute edits on Takes. The Codex runner cache, Telegram reach counts, the web-tree deploy guard and the Play signing key. The leaderboard surplus fix and the send-mark release.
