Great info. At what time does gthe curve start to separate? My understanding is 20-25 years. So please help me understand why many patients 70-85yo are being offered RRP when OS is unchanged with hormonal therapy up to 20 plus years later

I'm glad you asked @DrJustinChee! We've now got data out to 29 years which shows an average of about 3 extra years of life gained by undergoing #surgery (radical prostatectomy). bit.ly/3gcmsCf
