“I’ve learned how resilient I am, and how to take a tough situation and flip it into a positive.” –@GrahamMertz5
After tearing his ACL during his senior year of college, Graham Mertz pushed forward to pursue his NFL dreams. @kevinfarmermd reconstructed Graham’s ACL using a graft harvested from his patellar tendon, and secured it with #Arthrex FastThread™ screws and the InternalBrace™ technique.
After a successful surgery, Graham jumped into rehab with the same drive and tenacity he’s always brought to the football field and was able to return in time for his pro day. Shortly after, he was drafted by the Houston Texans and just completed his rookie season in the NFL.
Read Graham’s #ArthrexAthlete story at arthrex.info/41YQF0I and learn more about innovative options for ACL reconstruction at ACLTear.com.

The InternalBrace surgical technique is intended only to augment the primary repair/reconstruction by expanding the area of tissue approximation during the healing period and is not intended as a replacement for the native ligament. The InternalBrace technique is for use during soft tissue-to-bone fixation procedures and is not cleared for bone-to-bone fixation.
