Montagna Symposium of Skin this year is incredible! My appreciation of the importance of our microbiome in inflammatory and non-inflammatory regulation of skin immunity has grown, I was way behind! So important in thinking about immunotherapy too!

Trainees see the challenges in academia: long hours, uncertainty, stress about grants/papers. It's harder to see the privileges: long-term friendships, doing interesting things with interesting people around the world, the opportunity to make a difference. I'm profoundly grateful

Incidents of Melanoma continue to rise in adults 40+ years of age..BUT a recent study published in @JAMADerm has found incidents are falling steadily in those UNDER the age of 30! Keep spreading the word so those incidents are less all around! (bit.ly/36BSjau)
