☢️DELETING AI SAFEGUARDS—SecWar Hegseth: ‘Give Pentagon the complete power to make Claude AI 🤖 do mass surveillance & kill without human approval, or we else will blacklist you, Anthropic.’ Are we just begging for Skynet takeover, à la the Terminator? axios.com/2026/02/24/anthrop…

Michelle and I were deeply saddened to hear about the passing of a true giant, the Reverend Jesse Jackson. We will always be grateful for Jesse's lifetime of service, and the friendship our families share. We stood on his shoulders. We send our deepest condolences to the Jackson family and everyone in Chicago and beyond who knew and loved him.

Just to note, other than canceling the two holidays that are important to Black Americans as national park days, the only other country that has their current leader's birthday as a national holiday is North Korea. ms.now/news/trumps-birthday-…

OFFICIAL IGNORANCE by @DeptofWar and @SecWar @PeteHegseth Let me explain this for the MAGA idiots who think Democratic members committed sedition in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2387 which makes it a crime to: "… with intent to interfere with the loyalty, morale, or discipline of the military or naval forces… advises, counsels, urges, or in any manner causes or attempts to cause insubordination, disloyalty, mutiny, or refusal of duty by any member of the military or naval forces…" Reminding military personnel of the long standing U.S. military rule that service members are required to disobey UNLAWFUL orders is NOT a violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2387. 18 U.S.C. § 2387 does NOT contradict what military codes, rules, laws, and/or statutes do enforce. This statute is part of the broader "sabotage" and "subversive activities," and was primarily aimed at civilian sedition, Communist-era subversion, or enemy propaganda during wartime, or someone deliberately trying to incite mass mutiny or desertion. The statute 18 U.S.C. § 2387 requires a specific criminal intent: "Whoever, with intent to interfere with, impair, or influence the loyalty, morale, or discipline of the military or naval forces of the United States..." If a person or group advises service members to REFUSE unlawful orders, their intent is obviously to uphold the rule of law, the Constitution, and proper military discipline (which requires adherence to the laws of war and criminal statutes). This intent is directly contrary to the criminal intent required by the statute 18 U.S.C. § 2387. It is not intended to punish lawful instruction about the duty to disobey illegal orders. The military’s rule on unlawful orders is well documented in the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), the Manual for Courts-Martial, and decades of case law (United States v. Calley (My Lai) and United States v. Kinder) — all of which hold that a service member has a duty to disobey an unlawful order. According to legal precedent, 18 U.S.C. § 2387 requires specific intent to impair loyalty, morale, or discipline in a subversive way. Telling troops, "You must disobey unlawful orders," lacks that subversive intent; it actually upholds discipline and the law of war. Military judges and the Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces (CAAF) have never interpreted 18 U.S.C. § 2387 as criminalizing proper instruction on unlawful orders. In practice, the statute has almost never been used against military instructors, lawyers, or commanders who teach the duty to disobey illegal orders. Prosecutions under 18 U.S.C. § 2387 are extraordinarily rare in general and are typically reserved for clear sabotage or enemy-aligned activity. Hope this helps. 👇👇👇👇 teapawt.net/GenoVeno73/status/1991…
🚨 ATTENTION Military Personnel Under the Uniform Code of Military Justice and the Manual for Courts-Martial Article 92, there is NO LEGAL CONSEQUENCE OR IMPACT on an individual service member’s duty to obey lawful orders and DISOBEY UNLAWFUL ORDERS. Presidential immunity does not transfigure an unlawful act into one that must be obeyed upon penalty of court-martial. Under U.S. Army Regulation 190-8, Section 1-5(b) it states: "Following superior orders will not be accepted as a defense if the accused knew or should have known that the act ordered was unlawful." Field Manual 27-10, The Law of Land Warfare, Paragraph 509 states: "The fact that a person acted pursuant to order of his Government or of a superior does not relieve him from responsibility under international law, provided a moral choice was in fact possible to him." Department of Defense Law of War Manual Section 18.6.1 states: "Members of the armed forces are bound to obey only lawful orders. An order that violates the law of war is unlawful and must not be obeyed." Department of Defense Law of War Manual Section 18.22.4 states: "Acting Pursuant to Orders Does Not Relieve a Person of Responsibility: The fact that a person acted pursuant to orders of his or her Government or of a superior does not relieve that person from responsibility under international law, provided it was possible in fact for that person to make a moral choice." 5 U.S.C. §2302(b)(9)(D) - makes it ILLEGAL to remove a civil servant "for refusing to obey an order that would require the individual to violate a law." This provision was enacted as part of the Whistleblower Protection Act, in order to protect "the right of American citizens to a law-abiding government." We currently have a rogue, lawless, corrupt, fascist dictator, self proclaimed "king" sitting in the White House. It is YOUR duty - as members of the United States Military - to uphold your oath to the United States Constitution, and your oath to defend this country against domestic enemies. DONALD TRUMP IS OUR ENEMY!! YOUR DUTY IS TO THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES — NOT TO A KING, A DICTATOR, OR A WANNABE KING OR DICTATOR. STOP OBEYING THIS CORRUPT SO CALLED "PRESIDENT!!"

The Defense Department, via statement below, is admitting that the transition to a Russian style propaganda service is complete. @CaptMarkKelly is an American hero. @PeteHegseth is a raging dipshit. Was alcohol involved in the writing of this post?
