If you need help voting please ask me. That includes people who need help deciding whether they even want to vote. I can think of some interesting reasons to vote. Although if you’re in Florida and you haven’t voted yet, I really don’t understand you. But I’ll still talk to you.

The St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office is near the 4500 block of US1 North attempting to locate wanted registered sex predator Kendrick Newby. He was last seen wearing dark clothing and is considered armed and dangerous.
If you have information about Newby’s whereabouts, please call 911 immediately.

Classic Old Florida:The combination of big beautiful oak trees, Spanish moss and resurrection ferns make such a cool atmosphere. Often when I'm walking this trail it's either too dark or the light is too harsh, but this mornings muted sunrise worked perfect.

At face value, a hippo and an elephant might not have much in common – but no one’s told Bumpy and Wangalla! The adorable pair have fallen trunk over tail for each other. Both are orphans, and two of our youngest rescues at that. They will grow up step in step at our Kaluku Unit, until they are ready to reclaim their places in the wild.

The gerrymandering here in Florida was egregious. I didn’t fully understand that but now I do because I’ve reviewed boundaries & results. There is no reason for Laurel Lee to be all the way up in Citrus County. Sydney Gruters gets St. Petersburg???? I look forward to a trial.

If you're in the US, it's mid-term elections, which means that you'll likely be voting on a bunch of state measures, taxes, and your representatives. Anything from the House to your local district. I've said it a couple times now, but if you've complained at all about US politics -- or honestly anything -- in the past 2 years, this is your chance to make some changes! Even if you haven't complained and have loved what's happened, it's your chance to solidify that. Regardless, go vote! Today's the day to do it. I cannot stress how important it is that you do this.
Sitting out of an election is not a valid option. It's one of the remarkable examples of you able to DO something about your world, and the knowledge that you're trying.
