Final night, call me a boring but my calm comes from organised equipment. Looking the same on the last night as the first early!

Slightly disappointed with my @adidas, got about 200k on them and already torn. Love the shoe but irritating wear out.

Pictures attached are one of @easyJet “5 star hotels” advertised as a holiday.. worse by far was the customer service I have had since raising the issue. Genuinely shocking!

This.. I try to avoid talking about individual cases I haven’t been read into. But services should surely hold part of the responsibility for insufficient training and fitness standards.

There is an argument to be made that, when you provide only two days training a year, you cannot expect perfect performance when it comes to use of force and that it’s unreasonable to expect police officers to react in a cool, detached manner when a subject spits in their face.

The footage from Bondi is horrific, but through all the terror I have seen countless acts of bravery and selflessness. Thinking of all involved at this time!

Happy heavenly birthday to Sgt Gavin Hillier 40 today. Fatally injured on Castlemartin Ranges 4th March 2021. Always in my thoughts, rest in peace big man. Till the re org. That was a pretty shitty night in the office for the Welsh Guards.
