That’s a wrap on our Summer 2026 Internship!
Over the two months, our interns worked together on game development and marketing projects, with guidance from our leads. It was a summer of trying new things, exchanging ideas, and learning through the process.

Our Art Directors Özgün Zümrüt and Diren Ayhan, along with Art Leads Mustafa Ozkan and Yasin Yıldıran, had an amazing time at Anadolu University, meeting with students and having inspiring conversations about the gaming industry, creativity, and art.

It was a pleasure spending the day with students at our Software Engineering Career Days.
Our Chief Technology Officer, Hakan Sağlam, and Chief Engineering Officer, İkbal Namlı, shared insights about Dream Games and the intricacies of game development.
Students had the opportunity to learn valuable information about mobile game development and the creation of in-game items, while also gaining hands-on experience.

This year, we had a wonderful time spending the whole day with students at the third edition of our Product & Marketing Career Days event.
Our Product Director, Batuhan Kalender, and Vice President, Performance Marketing, Ali Şener, gave students insight into Dream Games’ approach to turning ideas into successful products and marketing campaigns.
Following the presentations, students showcased the games they designed along with their marketing campaigns, and had the opportunity to present their work to our team leads, receiving feedback and engaging in insightful discussions.

In the fourth edition of our two-month summer internship program this year, our studio interns had the opportunity to develop a mobile game under the mentorship of our team leaders, while our marketing interns created a mobile campaign structure and analyzed growth through continuous experimentation. We are excited to see all the things you’ll do in the future!

We visited Bilkent University and METU. Our Chief Technology Officer, Hakan Sağlam, gave an in-depth overview of our game development methods, team structure, and production workflow.
