A 230-year legacy isn't measured in years. It's measured in lives touched, discoveries made, and care delivered. For generations, our commitment to patients and families has defined who we are and continues to drive where we're going. Happy Birthday @TuftsMedicalCtr
In 1796, Paul Revere, Samuel Adams and other Bostonians helped establish the Boston Dispensary, which would become Tufts Medical Center.
230 years later, we remain rooted in history and driven by innovation.

My mom is a breast cancer survivor. I’m grateful she prioritized routine mammograms and follows up on lumps. Her example reminds me that early detection matters and being your own best advocate can make a difference.
Myth: Finding a lump always means cancer.
A breast lump can be benign, but a persistent lump needs evaluation. @Chatterjeeonco1, of @TuftsMedicalCtr and @TuftsMedSchool, explains why you should see a healthcare professional who specializes in breast cancer care.
It was a pleasure to welcome our newest physicians and advanced practice clinicians to @TuftsMedicine! The energy and enthusiasm for the future were unmistakable. Excited for the difference this talented group will make for our patients, families and communities we care for.

A kidney transplant replaces the work of failing kidneys with a healthy donor kidney, helping the body remove waste and excess fluid and regulate blood pressure. Unlike other organ transplants, the original kidneys usually remain in place. @AbreuPhillipe explains:
