After driving on many state, city, and rural roads, I think local panchayats have a better sense of ownership and maintain roads better than cities. It’s very rare to find a pothole or an open drain. Urban Indians are disappointed by their urban infrastructure due to no master plan and lack of accountability. We need smaller towns,smaller organisations to improve infrastructure! In a large system,only chaos and lack of accountability!!

This is from my dashcam. I spotted the wrong side driver through the median and expected him to join at an upcoming median gap and prepared to alert him and he stopped ! Muted audio as we are talking 😁👍 @motordave2

In India, everyone takes risks. Nobody knows how a crash happened. If two vehicles touched means,they will see which is the bigger one and then blame him 🤷🏻‍♂️

Without reading the text, we could guess what happens at 0:01 itself!! That’s not a safe following distance at that speed!! Many videos show the same scene with parked vehicles, wrong side vehicles, animals, etcresulting in a rear-end crash!! @motordave2

My cousin, who recently got a Tata Punch in Hyderabad, came with me. He saw me flashing lights. He: What’s that? Me: I’m flashing lights to prevent him from attempting a risky overtake! He: Oh 🤷🏻‍♂️ Never knew that. 🫣 While going through the service road looking to enter the Mysuru expressway, he pointed at an exit and asked why I didn’t use that. Me: That’s an exit, not an entry. He: How do we know what’s an entry or exit? Me: Look at the lane markings and sign boards 🤷🏻‍♂️ He : where are they 😳 🫣 At a curve ,there’s a solid white line and I avoided overtaking. He : why ? Me : it’s a curve and solid white line And then a bus came from the curve 😇🤷🏻‍♂️ @motordave2 Why driving education is mandatory!!

Have to check my dashcam footage. Will keep posting. Not much adventures 😁 At a safe distance,mostly drives will be peaceful. @motordave2 Ghibli style !

Going on festival day avoided full crowds 🤷🏻‍♂️😁 For a peaceful drive and less crowds,avoid holidays and long weekends etc. Worth Varma .. worth 😁😁😁
