Spire on JGR allegations Gabehart gave it JGR info for COTA. “JGR … (uses) expert testimony that is not only untested but facially unreliable, unhelpful, misleading, and outright wrong … JGR - or at least its lawyers and expert - cannot interpret basic racing data.” More:
