Torn between watching The Witch and playing The Witcher.
Two of my favorite things.
This is FUCKED UP man.
Think I'm forming the conclusion that in a slightly sexier dimension than the one we currently occupy, Liz Holmes coulda been the ultimate Rand chick.
I meant Elizabeth by the way, dunno what came over me.
Maybe the best K-Pop song I've heard so far.
What an absolutely beautiful work of art.
The idea of celebrating a birthday for a new spiritual connection is just so wonderful, and they convey it so well through music and dance.

Eddie Murphy says a single encounter with Pauly Shore at the comedy club made him stop taking Percocet forever.
“I turned 30, I smoked weed, and I had one time in my twenties where I went to the dentist and the dentist gave me a Percocet.”
“I remember I was sitting at the dining room table and I said, 'I feel good.' And Fruity, who worked for me, was like, 'Yeah, that's them Percocet, man.' I was like, 'Really?' So I finished that prescription.”
“You know what made me stop taking them? And he don't even know this story. I was at the Comedy Store, and I had taken a Percocet and smoked a joint.”
“Pauly Shore came up to me, who owns the Comedy Store, comedian, and he was like, 'Hey, you don't even look like yourself tonight.' And I was like, 'Really? Who do I look like?' And he said, 'Some other dude.' Walked away, and I was like, 'Yeah, I ain't fucking with this no more.'”

"The problem might appear to be esoteric.
Let me remind you that the fate of human societies, of knowledge, of science, of progress, and of every human life depends on it.
What is at stake here is the cognitive efficacy of man's mind."

Death Proof rather than Django it is.
Tarantino's "worst" movie, which features some of the coolest practical effects ever and a lap dance scene that should be engraved into the side of a moon somewhere.
Might be my favorite meme

I've watched Once Upon a Time thrice in the past 2 years, and listening to this minute long clip has me excited for the next time.
There are few better ways to spend 2 and a half hours than with Rick Dalton, Cliff Booth, and Margot Robbie's Sharon Tate.
Tarantino has clarified how he views his filmography across different categories:
• Favorite Movie: Once Upon a Time in Hollywood (2019)
• Best Film / Masterpiece: Inglourious Basterds (2009)
• Ultimate / Born-to-Make Movie: Kill Bill (2003/2004), which he describes as a film no one else could have created.
Re-watching The Dropout since I only saw the first episode a few years ago.
It's incredible, but it plays out very much like the origin story of a hero rather than that of the deranged person Elizabeth Holmes clearly is in our dimension.
I'm noticing more and more how many people are baffled that history didn't "end" in the Fukuyama sense.
They're basically shocked that all progress isn't final.
This is wildly inert thinking in my submission.
In fact, it may very well be the peak of cynicism and naivety.
An example of what I discover on a near daily basis:
This was released 12 years ago.
* Incredible production
* Every girl is transcendently hot
* Fun and vibrant video
* All-time great hook
I never want to go back to life before K-Pop
