Dry Mercy is an NFT collection of pixel-art residents from a fictional frontier town in Arizona Territory, founded in 1866 around a well on the stage road. In 1868 the town registrar made every resident sit for a tintype and filed each plate with a certificate of residence. Each NFT is one of those residents: a 96 x 96 pixel-art tintype in sepia, with a name, a trade, a date and place of birth, and papers on file. A Certificate of Residence on the front, the Registrar's Remarks on the back. Troopers, card sharps, prospectors, deputies, bankers and a few wanted men. The registry is still open.
