I often think about how a scheme that usually carries maybe 3-5 run plays can churn out 1k yard rushers like the Run & Shoot has.

I recommend everyone to look into this book about June Jones and his Hawaii program in the late 90s and 2000s. Gives a great account into him, his staff, and players and how they turned Hawaii into one of the best teams in the country.

We are saddened to hear the passing of legendary #HawaiiFB Coach June Jones today.
He is UH’s winningest head coach with 76 wins, the master in the Run and Shoot Offense and a great mentor and teacher of the game.
Coach Jones was 73 years old. Rest in Aloha.

June Jones is a an absolute legend. I’m so grateful that I’ve been able to learn the best offense in the world from him and others that worked/played for him. My goal is to carry on his legacy by growing the Run N Shoot and giving it the recognition it deserves.

NORTHWESTERN CFB27 WING-T INSTALL
(proof of concept)
📣 Wing-T community, let’s let EA know we would love this added to College Football 27.
🏈 Northwestern’s Week 5 Wing-T Plays
- Blue 26 Guard Trap
- Blue 49 Sally (QB veer step, LH counter)
- Red 24 Gut (influence pull)
- Blue 29 (buck sweep)
Note: All formations and terminology are from Raymond/Kempski era Delaware. This is simulated in Madden 07’s play editor, which doesn’t allow Wing-T style pre-snap motion. All credit due to the legends Tubby Raymond, Ted Kempski, Forest Evashevski, and David M. Nelson.

#UpdateCFB27Playbooks
People have been raving about what Chip Kelly is running at Northwestern, but CFB has shown us a LOT of new plays and philosophies this year that need to be in CFB 27.
Until they update these books, this is my gift to the community. I did my best to recreate what Northwestern is doing with the Wing-T influence.

I’d like to openly offer to @EASPORTSCollege to help install a precision Wing-T playbook into College Football 27. 🎮 Delaware put it on the map and Northwestern just revived it! 🔥🏈

If Jayden Daniels and Jaxson Dart played a game of checkers you’d still need to have an ambulance on site.
