We decided as a community to publish BadHoot’s Whoot paper on the same day as the Bitcoin $BTC White paper because it is such an important date in crypto!
The Whoot paper is now published on badhoot.fun/whitepaper. BadHoot is for the community and the HODLers at the center of it all.

XRP IS BREAKING OUT!
After recording its tightest Bollinger Band squeeze since August, $XRP appears to be signaling where it wants to go next.
Price has now breached the upper Bollinger Band, suggesting a bullish breakout could be brewing.
The last time the bands were this compressed on the 4-hour chart, XRP rallied nearly 71% in three days.
Now, another major price move could be starting.
•Diamond Hands: Refers to someone who holds through thick and thin, believing in a long-term recovery or massive payout.
•Paper Hands: The direct opposite. It describes weak-handed investors who panic-sell at the first sign of trouble or a minor price dip out of fear.
Many are paper handed right now!

XRP: A BIG MOVE IS COMING
The Bollinger Bands on the 4-hour chart have squeezed to their narrowest levels since August.
The last time they were this compressed, $XRP rallied 71% in just three days.
But a squeeze doesn’t predict direction.
That’s why I’m watching:
• 4H close above $1.27 = Bullish
• 4H close below $1.23 = Bearish
Until then, $1.23–$1.27 is the no-trade zone.
Seems like a very well-managed crisis by Binance. I’ve never been on there, but so far it’s a good example of crisis management!
So many things to learn from the successful things that happened over the years at Pudgy Penguins. Taking notes!

$XRP and $XLM have built-in DEXs in their protocols, so institutions will exchange and return to cold custody with minimal liquidity in hot wallets or CEXs. Or use confidential $NEAR intents with Stellar or Ripple.
