🚨🎙️ Gabriel Jesus on what Yamal and Raphina told him after his goal against Feyenoord:
🗣️“To be honest, I’ve never seen teammates like this. They’re literally the best.”
“They’re more like brothers to me. The way they celebrate with me, encourage me and make me feel part of everything… it means a lot.”
“Lamine just said to me, ‘Forget about the injuries and the setbacks. You have a new career here, and we’re going to help you reach your peak.’”
“That really touched me because they understand what I’ve been through. They don’t look at me like the player who had injuries. They look at me like Gabriel.”
“And when you have teammates who believe in you like that, you want to give everything back on the pitch.”
“I’m here to enjoy football again, and hopefully we can create something special together.”
