Vučić has conceded defeat in Serbian elections. NB he was Milošević minister of Info in 1999...
This is a great day for liberal democracy.
I lived in Belgrade in early 2000s when similar hope was present.
Lets hope this time it sticks.

Proud of the wee man advertising "Cutting Corners" on the BBC tonight on the BBC Debate Night. He created the business himself at 17 and has contracts to cut public space grass and gardens in Bridge of Allan.

These figures show persistent problems that are not going away. We need well-funded police, social work and community support to ensure no child slips under the radar. It is unacceptable as it indicates the safety net of the care system is failing.

This regulation is a first step towards better protection for heating oil customers but it is not enough on its own.
The government needs to consider stronger measures like a price cap, such as exists for gas and electricity.

Thank you to @DuncanLibDem , new @scotlibdems MSP for South Scotland for meeting @joseph_ALUK at #sldconf and talking about lung health in his region

Good to chat with @DuncanLibDem about our calls for change at Holyrood if we’re to end child poverty and the need for food banks. @scotlibdems

That moment, when people leave care, and the professionals disappear, is pivotal.
Which is why we are calling for a job guarantee for care-experienced young people.
We want to show care-experienced young people, so often ignored, that the Liberal Democrats are on their side.

well they kept this quiet - those independence-loving Scottish Greens had their Holyrood campaign bankrolled by.. the Green Party of England & Wales!

With our newly expanded group of 10 MSPs we are now the most influential group in the Scottish Parliament.
Budget by budget, bill by bill, case by case, we will use our leverage as MSPs to get things done on the issues that matter.
Biggest frustration with @TheGreenParty & @scottishgreens is the lack of time they spend focusing on climate change!
Instead they act like a student movement that continually gets distracted by other radicalised agendas.
Its ok @scotlibdems will focus on what matters.

When it comes to the Promise, there is no leadership, no real plan of action and no clear metric to measure success.
The Government must publish the premature death rate of care experienced people.
Without that baseline, there’s no way of knowing whether we’re making progress.

Ministers in Edinburgh need to be prepared to devolve powers of their own to local government.
This local government reorganisation can’t simply be a case of redrawing lines on a map.
After all, the best decisions are made when local people are empowered to make them.

The families of dead addicts agree with him. Their kids didn't need clean needles and safe injection sites. They needed help.

A city that hands out pipes but can't tell you how to get into treatment doesn't have a harm reduction policy. It has a body count.
@Twolfrecovery on how San Francisco "got a little too married to harm reduction and lost our focus on treatment."
Duncan Dunlop MSP retweeted
Staff shortages and a neglect of social care are a big part of why people are waiting so long for the treatment they need.
The Scottish Government should listen to our plan for a rolling 10-year NHS Workforce Plan, so we can identify gaps in staffing and resolve them early on.

Ive always said that chappelcross was one of scotlands best potential sites for a data centre. But the scale of this looks concerning. I will seek to meet developer asap to get clarity on scale, impact and planned benefits.

The SNP’s broken Promise is causing people to lose their lives.
It’s also undermining efforts to tackle crises like the drug deaths emergency and the spiralling prison population, both of which disproportionately affect people who have been in the care system.
Child poverty remains one of the defining challenges facing Scotland today, affecting children, families and communities in every part of the country.
Save the Children's team will be on hand throughout their exhibition this week in Parliament
