To motivate our runners through April, we organised a virtual marathon. The challenge...run 26.2 miles across the month, whether a mile a day or in one go! Well done to the 50 DMotR who took part. Thanks to @WkshopAberfeldy for the gorgeous medals! #runtogether #thisgirlcan

Women and girls are celebrating International Women’s Day by joining their local parkrun. On Sat 7 March, @ThisGirlCanUK is teaming up with @parkrunUK across the UK showing support with female volunteers, briefs for newcomers, selfie frames and a suggested purple dress code.
Tonight we ran for @durhamfoodbank - our runners collected goods then ran to the Tesco collection point to deliver them. Don’t forget to pop something in the foodbank box when you’re doing your Christmas shop....#runtogether #RunForGood
