The WNBA needs to get out of its own way. As a long time supporter of women's basketball, I love seeing the W more mainstream. However, most of the attention is negative and off the court. New leadership is critical to its long term success. Needs change now.

If the NBA expands to 32 teams, make 8 four-team divisions. The divisions should then be the groups for the NBA Cup EVERY year. Makes the divisions matter and helps build rivalries. The NBA playoff format can stay the same.
