Example training week, I don’t prescribe myself much cycling, but usually end around 150-200mi, always with 15,000ft+ of vert. Uphill running work will progress nicely into longer intervals, long runs will extend out to 4-6hrs likely.

Signed up for a road marathon, not quite sure why or how but evidently it’s in December. Maybe I’ll start adding a few strides on easy days to prepare :)

Your heart is the one engine you’re issued at birth 🫀 No warranty. No trade-in. No spare in the garage. If it stops, you stop. Fortunately, it's very trainable, adaptable, and capable of remarkable upgrades - if you maintain it properly. So, that's what I endeavor to do in my latest - to fill that important gap & offer you, the athlete, the only Owner's manual you truly *need*.... Your Heart: An Owner’s Manual 👇

Beautiful day for a 3-hr run, zero cardiac drift. If you’re from Phoenix, you understand. 🌞

If you knew who Sage Canaday was, it would make perfect sense. 😂
I don’t understand this. If he's not competing for prize money or qualification spots, who cares? I mean, should USATF ban anyone who runs any of their races, regardless of how good they are, who has taken a peptide or is on any banned substance? They'd be banning hundreds of people every race. Do you really think that's what they should be spending their time and money doing? Personally, I could not care less if someone on any amount of PEDs beats me in anything unless we are competing for prize money, awards, or qualification spots. If I go run a 5K and finish 2nd to some guy who's using EPO, I do not care at all. Now, if I'm competing in, say, a Hyrox event and I finish second and the guy who beats me gets a qualification spot to the World Championships, then I care. Or if I was good enough to be trying to get an Olympic Trials qualifying spot and someone who beat me was on PEDs, then I would be pissed. But if I'm just running a random marathon, even reasonably fast, say 2:40, and someone on PEDs beats me, again, I do not fucking care at all. Not even a little bit. I'll never understand why people get so upset at those who used PEDs and compete recreationally, especially if they are open about it.

My first 100mi race I dropped from 155lbs down to around 130 (unintentionally, byproduct of 150mi weeks) and although fit and fast, the body ultimately broke down just past 75mi. It’s a delicate balance, imo if you train heavy volume the answer is never restrict calories.
Weight is so important in endurance sports. But a sensitive issue. And cautious one. Running with a body weight of 142–145 lb is much more enjoyable than even 147–150. But the former is where injury risk rises slightly (for me).

Prob 3:45mi, depends on training background.
Ok fellas, if you could run a 3:45 mile or a 2:02 marathon, which would you choose? Why?

Recognition for being a real one. 👊
As a judge I’m not supposed to discuss ruling publicly. However, I also believe that as a judge my job is to give players a fair space to compete. If a player in a high stakes battle can lose out on thousands of dollars for shaking the table, what kind of space have we built?

Does it have to be actual beef heart/ liver or supplement form?
Replying to @MadeOutOfMud
Wow, what dose did you take? Try beef heart and liver. That will get your ferritin levels up super fast due to the low zinc to iron ratio.

They literally make it so easy to play less and less.
A new GBL season in Pokémon GO means an array of new moves available to certain Pokémon,. The new move update actually looks set to make a major impact on some Pokémon in the raid meta! pokemongohub.net/post/meta/b…

Man everyone calling out this Guy for cheating LMAO. Y'all are hypocrites. You use maps, exchange accounts for trades, drive while playing, multi account, use Indian coins... Get a grip. The first level 50 was a scam and so is level 80. Nobody Cares 🫠
