We have band pegs and have done resisted pogos using them and other ways (teammates stepping on bands, holding bands over shoulders). I know we are not the first to do it this way - but its the way we will do them moving forward. On Fridays we get our pump on. Love these band flyes. Doubled up red on band pegs. Like them better than DB's. Also took me over a year to realize that we can have a landmine and band peg movement going on at the same time.
