No one can touch Gyanesh Kumar legally even if they have solid proofs of him colluding with BJP.

'No Civil/Criminal case can be filed against ECI for anything done in discharge of duty'
BJP giving parole to rāpists isn't disrespect to women.
BJP having 54 MLA/MP with rāpe case isn't disrespect to women
BJP preaching 'Beti Bachao' & then releasing rāpist isn't disrespect to women
But a comedian telling 'Maa Ko Kursi Do' is disrespect to women.
