I saw a really interesting debate emerge from my last poll, so let’s talk about: AI data centers & nuclear power A few years ago, most people would’ve instantly assumed the nuclear plant was the scarier thing to live next to. That perception is clearly changing. Why?

Disagree. The Derby doesn't need to be pushed back to draw a bigger audience on a Saturday. This is a money play to grow the handle and get a bigger rating for NBC. I bet it will work.

This is just a test run to see how running the Derby during prime time will look. Wouldn’t shock me at all if the Derby was run under the lights next year

An excellent analogy.

Yes - it's almost like they don't want to know the origin of Covid because they would be forced to confront the bioterrorist state.

A GOFROC virologist once estimated that an LAI from his lab could be expected to infect a person outside the lab once every 30 billion years. I am not an expert on viruses or risk but I do know hubris when I hear it.

I have been deeply involved with the #COVID19 origins issue from the beginning. I have worked closely with all people regardless of their backgrounds and political persuasions. I have continually called balls and strikes as I have seen them. Based on everything I know to date, I do not consider Anthony Fauci an unindicted felon.

In 2022, a German court convicted 97-year-old Irmgard Furchner, a former secretary at a Nazi concentration camp, of being an accomplice to the murder of over 10,000 individuals. For her role in facilitating the operations of the Stutthof concentration camp during World War II, she received a two-year suspended sentence.

"Records show that during the five years before the pandemic began, at least six UNC researchers were required to undergo medical monitoring following four incidents where they were potentially exposed to what the NIH now confirms were types of lab-created SARS coronaviruses."

The consensus of the US government and the scientific community is now that COVID origins are highly uncertain. Lab origin was incorrectly dismissed as misinformation and often as a conspiracy. Misinformation researchers would have more credibility if they acknowledged the error.

I had my suspicions already before. What the pandemic did was to be more vigilant and understand theories, estimates, reporting better. Just a little digging reveals that most climate communication is horsecrap. But we know that 🤷🏼‍♂️😊
