It's International Coffee Day! In an Ethiopian story, a goatherder first uncovered coffee after seeing the affect the beans had on his herd! In 2022, we learned about Ethiopian Coffee Ceremonies with the #EthiopianHistorySociety. It allowed us to better understand our collection.
