ELSOUL LABO will host a free Agentic Payments × Stablecoins seminar in Tokyo on October 1, limited to 20 people.
In the 40-minute hands-on, you set up Codex or Claude Code on your laptop and run several specialized AI agents as one team.

ELSOUL LABO B.V. has been assigned its own ASN (AS200261) by RIPE NCC and is opening a new top-tier data center dedicated to Solana.
While traditional financial networks relied on proximity to local exchanges for competitive advantage, the Web3 era demands optimal network quality on a global scale. With our own ASN, we now have full control over network route design, peering strategy, and traffic control — enabling us to architect the fastest connectivity to the Solana network as a whole.
The first location will be Frankfurt, home to the world's largest Solana stake concentration, followed by Amsterdam. All hardware is unified on AMD EPYC 5th Gen, Threadripper PRO 5th Gen (9975WX, etc.), and NVMe 5th Gen, delivering structural performance advantages through architecture-level improvements.
For the Solana validator ASN Concentration Score, the new data center resolves the traditional trade-off by combining top-tier performance with the decentralization score advantage of a new ASN. The initial lot has sold out by reservation — waitlist registration is open via the Validators DAO Discord.

ELSOUL LABO has received approval for its 2026 research and development projects under the Dutch government’s R&D incentive scheme, WBSO.
The distributed systems that ELSOUL LABO targets as research subjects are characterized by operating conditions that are difficult to fix at the design stage, with network configurations and operational parameters continuing to change even during active operation. As a result, research and development in this domain cannot be completed through isolated validation or theoretical analysis alone, but must be carried out in direct connection with real operational environments.
The R&D projects approved for the 2026 period cover areas in which feasibility is determined only through actual operation, including a multi-chain RPC architecture using an AI layer controlled via MCP, a low-latency Solana v3 / PoS RPC infrastructure, and the automation of validator placement and operational orchestration. These research subjects do not reach completion through correct implementation alone; they require network conditions, configuration decisions, observability, incident response, and update procedures to function together in order to remain sustainable. Design, operation, observability, and continuity are therefore interdependent, and none of these elements can be separated without undermining the whole.
ELSOUL LABO conducts its research and development while simultaneously engaging in open-source software development, DAO operations, and the hands-on operation of distributed infrastructure. Under this structure, research does not remain abstract or desk-bound. Constraints and failures encountered during real operation are directly incorporated into subsequent research topics, making the absence of separation between research, implementation, and operation a fundamental prerequisite for sustained R&D.

Modern businesses conduct the core of their activities—decision-making, execution, validation, and improvement—on software systems. As a result, the ability to update software is no longer merely an IT concern; it has become equivalent to the ability to update the business itself. As external conditions change more rapidly, the frequency with which decisions can be translated into action determines the operational range of a business. When software cannot be updated, this back-and-forth becomes structurally constrained.
Observing software that has been in use for long periods, it is rare to find systems whose original designs remain intact. As usage patterns, the meaning of data, surrounding environments, and organizational structures change, what were once exceptions become the norm, and structures grow more complex as they absorb reality. This is not a failure of design, but an inevitable outcome in a world where assumptions shift over time.
Development approaches that assumed completion were rational in environments where implementation costs were high and experimentation was heavy. However, in a world where assumptions continue to move, treating completion as an endpoint makes updates structurally difficult and prevents decisions from being converted into action. As a result, businesses lose the ability to learn, and the faster the environment changes, the more disadvantageous this becomes.
At the same time, past experience and accumulated design and operational knowledge do not become invalid. Judgments about where systems tend to break, where bottlenecks arise, and which units of change cause excessive impact continue to be used even after conditions change. Experience is not discarded; it is reused in response to new circumstances.
In recent years, the widespread adoption of AI-assisted code generation and modification has reduced the cost of implementation and experimentation, creating conditions where human judgment and execution can be directly connected. This is not a matter of choosing between AI-driven development and human-driven development, but a shift that allows human situational judgment and prioritization to be reflected in reality on much shorter cycles. Through this collaboration, development that continuously updates software in step with business change has become a realistic option for the first time.
What continues to be used in this world is not software that preserves a completed state, but structures that assume ongoing updates and continue to change shape while reusing experience. Change will continue to occur, but with each change, the opportunities for past experience to remain relevant and effective are expanding. What is described here is not a proposal, but an organization of facts that have been repeatedly observed over time.

ERPC’s high-performance Solana VPS, previously sold out, has now been restocked in the rapidly growing Chicago region.
Centrally located in the United States and conveniently close to New York and Canada, Chicago offers a strategic advantage to traders.
With a sufficiently distributed network of validators in and around the area,
traders can effectively monitor transactions across the entire U.S. market while avoiding the intense competition found in densely concentrated major cities.
Additionally, proximity to Ashburn—a critical global data center hub handling around 80% of global internet traffic—further enhances the strategic appeal and connectivity of the Chicago region.
All VPS plans, including dedicated Shreds optimized for high-speed Solana data access, have been restocked and are available now.
