As leaders of complex system change, we should value the creation of relationships as a key outcome in its own right:
- We need to stop trying to design the solution & instead design for the conditions that enable the emergence of many solutions
- Fostering more, quality & trusted relationships is a critical enabler of that emergence.

I just took part in the #BigPlasticCount, UK’s biggest investigation into household plastic waste. Here’s what I found really happens to my plastic waste:

This #childrensmentalhealthweek2022 we have to remember the stark impact the pandemic has had on the mental health of many disabled children and families - and the stress fighting for, and not receiving, services has created long before COVID.
