If you struggle with inattentiveness & procrastination at work, don't try to fix your work habits. Fix your living habits. Engage more with whatever DOES make you feel focused, attentive and alive. Get in the habit of being present. Practice it, until it bleeds into other areas.

When it comes to my feelings, I’m introverted. Very introverted. It takes someone close to me—or someone trying to get to know me to know how I’m actually feeling. I love those people who go the extra mile and actually want to know and care. That’s loyalty right there.

-Thrilled/energized by spontaneity
-Feel most comfortable when plans are flexible
-Slow to commit
-Loathe being told what to do/taking instruction
-Tendency to put off making decisions

For a perceiver, the outer world can be chaos (and it will be!) as long as the inner world has a system for categorizing & controlling our impressions of it. Attempting to impose order often seems like a fool's errand to a perceiver. The world can't be controlled. Our selves can.
