This crushing sentence is exactly why it's so important that abortion is decriminalised in the UK.

Absolutely apalled at the customer service with @HSBC_UK they're closing down branches, but are clearly vastly understaffed. The online chat is utterly useless. I was told to expect a 10 min for an advisor by phone. It's been 30 mins. I'm very tempted to swtich bank!
Wow! I've just made a complaint to @HSBC_UK using the online portal (it's either that or writing and posting a letter - no email address is given), and it appears to have been deleted after I pressed send?!?!
