Aimed at sustaining and institutionalizing SA, a regional ESAP Learning Seminar in taking place in Addis Ababa, Hawassa and Dire Dawa today, October 30, 2023 and will conclude tomorrow, October 31, 2023.

Development Partners of the Ethiopia Social Accountability Program (ESAP3) discussed on the program’s exit strategy on July 7, 2023, Addis Ababa. ESAP3, being implemented by 75 local CSOs in 416 woredas throughout the country, is expected to phase out in May 2024.

VNG International signed grant contractual agreements with AWCCO and ACSOT to implement ESAP3 in 20 woredas of Tigray region. A Pre-disbursement Training was also provided for the lead and sub-partners from 26-29 June 2023 in Mekelle.

The Government of Ethiopia, the Basic Service Delivery Group and the Ethiopia Social Accountability Program Development Partners conducted Basic Service Delivery and Joint Review & Implementation Support (JRIS) from June 1-2, 2023 at Hilton Hotel, Addis Ababa.
