Ας γράψω και το εντελώς αυτονόητο. Η Rosa Nera είναι δημόσιος χώρος. Ο καθένας μπορεί και πηγαίνει να δει το ηλιοβασίλεμα από το καλύτερο μπαλκόνι της πόλης. Αν εκκενωθεί και δοθεί σε ιδιώτες το καλυτερο ηλιοβασίλεμα της πόλης θα είναι επι πληρωμή. Βέβαια οι Χανιώτες χέστηκαν.
