Finland has the world’s best education system. Instead of standardized tests, they focus on joy in learning.
Kids get 15 minutes of outdoor recess every hour. Why?
“The work of a child is to play.”

Absolutely lovely Sonia, keep up the good work x
I’ve finally started to plan my #kindness project which I plan to launch in Sept. I’ve had many people’s ideas/thoughts contribute to the creation
If you know small acts of #kindness that are done in your workplace pls share them with me so I can include them #powerofkindness

Great to hear from Janett that the team avoid the use of ‘vulnerable’ and ‘entitled’. They prefer, ‘it’s good to be two in East Ayrshire’ #childmindingmatters
Looking forward to sharing the learning 😊

This is lovely short animation to explain the concept of equity to professionals, parents, carers and children.
Fair is everyone getting their needs met.
Such an important concept to understand as we promote inclusion
