A Comcast technician just told me that our office didn't have proper infrastructure to support the internet speed we've been paying for, which is why we had issues. @comcastbusiness is refusing to credit us. How is it legal to charge for something you physically can't provide?

In March, we paid @StubHub $2,671.43 for World Cup tickets to see Scotland-Haiti. 2 hours before the match, they told us the tickets couldn't be delivered. Despite hotels, travel, and a heartbroken kid, we've heard nothing. @StubHubHelp I'm now pursuing a claim under MA Ch. 93A.

One thing that took me a while to learn is if you are recruiting someone to your early stage startup and they are also interviewing at huge companies, everyone is better off if you just stop the process.

Can anyone recommend any good podcasts specifically focused on early stage consumer startups/entrepreneurship/investing? There are so many broader entrepreneurship shows, but I haven’t found many that exclusively focus on Consumer (bonus points if there’s a heavy Social bent!).
